Really enjoyed learning with Tempdent, the support I received from my Assessor Jodie Baggaley was amazing, could not have done it without her.

Im currently only a few months away from completing my course. But would like to say a massive thank you to Jade Baxter my tutor assessor. She’s been such a big help to me the whole time! Truly caring and wanting to help me with any of my problems. I couldn’t recommend it enough

My assesor Katherine was so helpful, patient and friendly. Anytime I had a question she would be more than happy to answer and would always accommodate me when needed. Temp dent have been so great and organised and I have never had any issues. Thank you Katherine and Temp dent

I have had a wonderful experience with Tempdent, I have learned from all of their different types of learning (webinars, resources ext), and felt supported throughout. My assessor Emily Brown in particular has been incredible, she has been a joy to have alongside me during my course.

The tutors are very helpful and always respond quickly. The workshops and e-learning are very useful and they are always easy to re visit if needed.

I started my apprenticeship with Tempdent in June 2026. It was a lot of information to start with but you receive so much support from both your tutor assessors and fellow students. I love that you have different types of lessons. One week it will be elearning and the next you’ll get a tutorial led lesson which are my personal favourite.

I’m currently revising for my upcoming exam and I cannot thank my tutor assessor, Vikki George, for her constant support. Thank you so much Vikki!

To summarise, I would 100% reccemmend starting an apprenticeship with Tempdent. Especially if you enjoy hands on experience/work like myself.

just wanted to write a review for my workplace assessor, Leah Jones. she's very kind, organized and brilliant at what she does. she's very dedicated and offers plenty of support throughout all her interactions and correspondence.

Emily Brown did a great job supporting a last minute learner to achieve their deadline. Setting clear expectations and arranging additional 121 sessions to ensure the learner was able to meet their course targets. There was clear communication throughout, highly recommend Emily and her team.

Halfway through my Oral Health Practitioner course my assessor changed over to Clare Jones and she has been wonderful at supporting me. With her help I have managed to meet all my deadlines and improve my skills/knowledge. She has always been there to offer advice and encouragement and this has pushed me to do my very best. Although it has been hard balancing working full-time and managing the course alongside this, she has helped me to stay on-top of things and ultimately made this experience really positive for me!

My experience on the dental nurse apprenticeship course has been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey. At the start, I struggled due to having multiple assessors who kept changing or leaving, which made it difficult to stay on track. Everything changed when I was lucky enough to be given a permanent assessor, Jodie Baggaley.
Jodie quickly recognised that I was struggling to keep up with my assignments and needed extra support. She consistently encouraged and motivated me, helping me stay organised and regain confidence in my abilities. Her support went above and beyond — she even made herself available in her own free time to ensure I didn’t fall behind.
Thanks to Jodie’s dedication, I have now completed my exam, observation, and interview and received my results today — I passed all three. I genuinely could not have qualified without her support, patience, and belief in me. Thank you so much, Jodie.

My assessor Clare jones durning my oral health apprenticeship had been a massive help! She was always available and ready to give advice throughout the course!! 10/10.

At the beginning of my course i found it very difficult. with coursework not getting marked and assessors. Holly Heddle then helped me out during off work hours and calls in the evening to get all my coursework done by the deadline. I was then put in for my exams and unfortunately found that difficult. i passed my in house EPA first time but my multiple choice exam took me multiple attempts. If i didn't have Nicola Robinson then i wouldn't of qualified. She put so much time and effort, week in week out on revision calls. We spent months and months getting this qualification and yesterday i finally passed with flying colours and with an amazing mark. I appreciate Nicola so much she is the reason I've qualified.

I had a great time completing my apprenticeship. It was very easy to follow and if i was ever confused or needed extra help my assessor was always quick to answer and give a detailed response. Organised.

I am at the end of my dental nursing apprenticeship, My assessor Holly Heddle has been so caring and helpful she is always there for me if I have any questions or concerns and she replies straight away . You can see she cares about her students and wants the best for us. I enjoy using tempdent and have learned so much .

Kathrine bull has been nothing but amazing with me! She taken me over when I was really struggling with my course work and getting through my course, after being diagnosed with dyslexia Kathrine stepped up and taken over as my assessor and completely changed me around. Because of her I passed my dental nurse exam with flying colors! I couldn’t thank her enough. For all her hard work and dedication!

The help and support are next to none. They have been clear and helpful from the beginning. I’ve had a few things happening at home as well and they have been patient and supportive with me and helped me get back on track with the course. Holly heddle my tutor has been amazing, she is so supportive and understanding. She has been my rock through this course thank you so much.

Tempdent has been a major figure in the dental industry for many years, from supplying support staff, placing permanent staff and offering a wide range of dental courses for all the team. We currently have an employee on Tempdents dental nursing course and their confidence and knowledge has increased under the professional tutorship of Holly. I would recommend Tempdent to other practice looking to support new recruits qualify or to close employment gaps.

Currently completing my apprenticeship via tempdent and i can say its a very good training platform! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and always available for support. The Bud platform is super easy to follow and use as well. My trainer Holly is brilliant!

Holly has been really helpful and supportive. Keeps me as a manager up to date and has really helped to support our apprentice. Thanks Holly.

Joy is the most incredible assessor/ tutor I could have ever asked for and I couldn't have gotten though all this to become a fully qualified nurse without her she didn't just take on the role of an assessor and do her job description she went above and beyond and stood with me the whole way helping and building my confidence any one is so lucky to have her thank you so much a million thank yous and words wouldn't be enough especially not when describing how wonderful she is, i have dyslexia and have extra needs and she had not a single issue she worked out and learnt how I work snd what I needed and got me though it all. If I ever had to do it
again im not doing any of it without her! Thank you so much and I wish you the best!
Uni to further my learning to do hygiene or dentistry is now my next step and I wish I could take her with me on this journey but I can't but at least I can try and explain to you a fraction of how incredible of a tutor she is. X
