Definitely a scam. Ordered 25 January 2023. Today, 16 March 2023, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, since delivery never took place.
You will be charged right away through a company called "Usee Pay", but you won't be able to contact anybody. Nobody will answer your e-mail, even though you do have an order #.
The website itself is beautiful and well done. Again, 2 different e-mails you can contact, but once you paid, nobody will answer. No phone # at all.
This side should be taken down, since it is obviously fraudulent.

I ordered on Feb 7,2023 and I still have not received anything and when trying to contact someone they never reply, finally got a reply from customer service and was told my package has been delivered.

I have dealt with Facebook advertising before and they have very strict rules, expecially about people scamming people so how is it the continue to allow this company to advertise on their Forum.

Reading other people 's story now, I confirm Temn company is scam. I have been expecting 45 solar cloth I ordered since March 1st only to be sent a cheap ring yesterday. They need to refund my money. I don't have money to throw around like that.

SCAM!!!! I ordered some dresses,blouses,pants. They sent me a small ring!!!! They don't answer to email.
Don't buy anything from TEMN! Shein and Joom are very serious.

I ordered 12 items and was sent 1 (a $2 ring I’d NEVER wear). They said logistics messed up the addresses & they couldn’t afford to send ,y order but I could keep the ring & they’d refund me 30% of my total, said I wanted the order or the full refund and they said I’d have to send the ring back to Hong Kong & once it was signed for they’d refund us. I’m reporting them to the fraud department at our CC company-

I read everyone's experience,same happened to me. I got a ring, they say someone else got my clothes. Say I could get 30% back.....so all the same experience .

I just received a cheap ass ring too. I ordered 11 dresses. So mad right now. I am sure I will receive two more cheap ass rings because I am waiting for two more orders from them.

Ordered $40 worth of clothes and got sent a cheap ring that u squeeze to make smaller silver flaking off. And they want to give me a refund if 30% of my order and they keep 70% for screwing me and they say they only refund up to 30 days and of course it's over 30 days before u get wrong order. Mine almost 60 days and why would u send Temn a copy of the reviews they don't care.

I just read the reviews so I take it I’m not getting my clothes I ordered either out $45 Why do people do this. I don’t have money to just throw away like anyone else. Thanks a lot TEMN or whoever you are. Cindy

I ordered Jan 25th and got a ring yesterday. I ordered $60 worth clothes and got a cheap ring. I have asked for a refund from the company as well as the site that emailed saying they do there payments. I also put a stop on my credit card I paid with. Site is a SCAM

Scam website I thought I was going crazy waiting for my clothes to get here. I order January 20th it’s now March 6th after reading the reviews the samething happen to me a damn ring showed up I’m like I didn’t order no ring now I know where it came from never use this website. And please start looking into these website first so we can stop throwing money away.

This site is a scam DO NOT order from here I ordered something and never got it went on the tracking site and it said delivered I emailed the address on the page they said it had been delivered (which it hadn't) and they would ship it again if I paid another £15 shipping fee THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!!

Item I ordered was £40 worth of clothes,which I didn't receive this. I paid delivery insurance but being told that they won't pay back to company as they delivered a package which was a ring which I didn't order. I have asked for a refund or same clothes to be delivered to me. Company wishes to give me £9 and for me to be happy with this out of £40. I have said I would send the wrong item ring back to them as this is someone else's order. They stopped email communication soon as I said I wouldn't except the £9. I'm now £40 down and no clothes. They communicate via email which I have proof of conversation.
