New provider to NZ, with them 4 months... Was on an unlimited mobile plan, out of the blue ...Internet stopped working. Have called, emailed them, they've never responded with anything other than automation. But for other queries they've responded quickly . This is pretty sketchy definitely not honouring commitment to contract.
