This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I was travelling for two weeks , no cover in all the way down to Northern Territory to Adelaide , and when I arrived it's said; that I run off data's ???????? How???????
Now I was sleeping , and I receive a message at 3 am while I was sleeping that I use all my data's.
I have being with Telsim 3 years and was def filthy not like this , I'm swapping companies , scammers

Awful service

Purchased a sim card, and then when I went to activate it, they told me that the email address which I have been using for the last 20 years 'is not valid'.
Then proceed to tell me I should register for a gmail account. Since when do I have to have a gmail account just to buy a sim card!
Then told me that they wouldn't give me a refund !!!!
