Telsim not reliable and customer friendly

Worst experience with Telsim. Even though it runs on the Telstra network, they block incoming SMS just 24 hours after your recharge expires. This is basic functionality that most providers still allow. Poor service, poor policy, and not customer-friendly at all. Much better to go with Telstra, Amaysim, or Optus.

Your reply is not matching with your confirmed official call records I have and official verbal call recording I have. !! Says. 24 hours after validity expires u bar incoming sms and also can bar incoming calls. If you want I upload here ! U want me to upload it ? Or even ur email ??

We’d like to clarify that the you have contacted us 10 days after the plan had expired.

Incoming services like SMS are only available for a limited time post-expiry as per plan terms. Additionally, eSIM activations are typically completed within minutes when all submitted details are accurate and successfully verified.
