I ordered a Rigol oscilloscope that was on back-order just before Christmas, the team kept me up to date on the back-order and got it shipped out very quickly once it arrived with them, just before Christmas!

Brilliant service, I'll certainly be back for more equipment and accessories!

Purchased an oscilloscope and had an excellent experience. It was dispatched and arrived within 12 hours of ordering the parcel for free, and the product itself is super. Tracking and invoice were clear and great communication all the way, couldn't be any happier!

Ordered 4 times form them in the last year, never an issue in communication, payment or delivery. Items arrived exactly as stated by competent courier and of good quality, brand new. Competitive prices backed by warranty.

When i originally bought some instruments from them i was happy no problems but when i later asked for help with an RMA request they never replied to the email.

Edit, they have now contacted me to resolve the issue so I have increased the rating.

Great service, and I'm extremely happy with my Brymen BM869s multimeter. In fact, I like it so much I'll probably buy another one!

I found the oscilloscope I wanted and ordered it without a hitch. It was despatched very quickly and arrived well packed. I am very pleased with the scope.
The carrier was a bit odd to deal with. As I was not going to be in, I had to arrange a pick up from a local store. Despite living in quite a large city, the nearest pick up point was 7 miles away. I had an e-mail saying it would be ready to pick up on the Saturday, but just as I was setting out on Monday, they updated the delivery date to Monday morning. I did collect on the Monday afternoon. Not Telonics fault but delivery was not as slick as with other carriers.

Friendly support staff and the order arrived the next working day.

Bought Brymen meter at the best price, it was simple to order the voltmeter, ordered with a few clicks, got confirmation and Delivery tracking, parcel came the next day, I'm a very happy customer.

Good stock and customer service. Good communication during ordering process - a pleasure to deal with.

This is the third order I have placed with Telonic and again all was good. Item was placed on back order, of which is was fully aware of, giving me an estimated delivery time of around 10 days. I had the item much earlier than expected so very pleased. Thank you!

Have been dealing with Doug and the team @ Telonic Instruments for just over 4 years, always very helpful and go out of their way to assist in my 'odd' requests from time to time. Genuinely a decent company to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality test and measurement equipment requirements. Have purchased many items from the team, from RF and immunity testing to high bandwidth scopes all done with a very professional attitude and friendly manner.

Awful service. Emailed twice about returning a faulty product, where the manufacturer Brymen hasn't bothered to reply to me either, and no response. Now having to consider a PayPal dispute.

I made also made a critical review of that Brymen product, three weeks ago, which is still held in a moderation queue. They're either slow and inefficient, or won't ever publish my review because it is critical. Either way, I cannot trust the reviews on this site, so I say shop elsewhere.

I used Telonic for the first time to buy a new power supply. Everything was fine until there was a problem. They didn’t reply to my breach of contract dispute emails. Very poor customer service and not what I was expecting from a family run company.

Having been in the support industry for 25+ years I know the difference between good service and bad service, my recent purchase from Telonic was neither of these, it was great service!
A problem occurred with my back order that was due to the current supply chain shortages and was out of Telonic’s control, I telephoned on their helpline and was greeted within seconds by Nikol (yes an actual human being and not an automated switchboard), Nikol quickly understood my issue and advised me that my backordered product was still not in stock, I was in a hurry to get a scope so selected an SDS1104X-E that was showing as in stock, less than 24 hours later my new oscilloscope was delivered. Great service and a much better price than on Amazon!

I purchased a scope from Telonic. One probe arrived defective. I sent two emails and I did not receive any replies. I phone them and they advised someone would call me back.

Needless to say they never contacted me.
