What a positive surprise
To me, this is the best customer service provided by a Telecoms company. And I have experienced many (living on 3 different continents so far and switching plenty of times).
It's an easy handle of the account and great flexibility with price plans. I wouldn't have believed this is even possible, - the industry has clearly innovated to be much more customer-focused!
