Be careful! This company is not transparent at all. They happily accept your payment and let you go through the process, but the moment the money is sent, they suddenly bring up "hidden restrictions" that are not mentioned anywhere on their website.
Because of their lack of transparency, I had to pay transaction fees and suffer a financial loss, only to be told they "can't provide services to certain countries." Why wasn't this stated before the payment? They wait until they receive the funds to mention these incomplete policies. This is a trap that costs customers time and money through exchange fees and wasted effort.
As a previous customer, I am shocked by this unprofessional and deceptive behavior. They take your money easily but offer zero accountability for the losses caused by their hidden rules. Avoid them if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money on fees and excuses.
