I had few transactions which were pending for several hours (it was not network congestion because it was confirmed on blockchain). Without the ticket - it would have be frozen propably for few days...

The protocol is very useful and fast. From EVM to the bitcoin side, it only takes one block to confirm (less than 15 min in general). The team is super supportive in the discord channel. I am really surprised that not many people know about and use this protocol.
