If I could I would leave 0 stars. These guys are a ripoff. Been 6 weeks still have not received my order. All kind of different excuses. 3 different carriers and 3 different tracking numbers. None of the carriers recognize the supposed tracking number. Don’t waste your money with this company.

The belt is great so far. One day in. It’s funny how the china manufacturers can’t read a tape. 50 inch isn’t 45. 🤷

They dont even deserve a one star. More like minus 5 stars. Its a dodgee website. Do not buy from them. I have lodged a complaint customer and consumer rights so I can get my money back. Its a very corrupt site if you want to be safe do not i repeat DO NOT buy from this website.

Stay away from this shady online shop. You don't get what you order. Inferior goods. I'll never buy from them again.

This is probably the worst company i’ve ever seen i ordered something early December we’re coming up to the end of january and no delivery there tracking info is absolutely full of shit and the support emails are like talking to a brick wall do not buy from this company no matter how tempting it is they are absolutely terrible they will say something like “ a logistics company has your parcel and we will ask them to prioritise your delivery “ believe me when i say this and all the other 1 star reviews they are untrustworthy and a scam

If I could give 0 I would, I ordered K-pop demon hunters dolls in October 27th for $35. Until today January 15th we never received the package. I wrote to the company 20 emails yes 20. They always answer the same thing:
Thank you for contacting us. We have to say sorry bla bla bla, please let us know if you have further concerns. I asked my money back and they keep replying:You can contact us after package arrives.(How stupid can they be) obviously they lost the package and won’t give me back my money. This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you don’t want to loose your money!

Never received my package that I ordered in October. Left 3 emails to the support.com address. No phone number listed on website. Disappointed

This was cheap shit. Looked like the dolls were 9 or 10 inches high, they were 3 to 4 inches. Don't waste your money. I'm completely disappointed.

Scam company.
My 'parcel' is in Cardiff and has been for a month now according to their 'support' emails.

DO NOT BUY from them.

I have been awaiting a gift for over a month and have had generic emails sent back to me. When asked which courier has my parcel they stated that they use multiple partnered yet sent me a tracking reference that had not been updated in over 3 weeks after the parcel had arrived in the UK. They said there we unable to say which agent had the parcel yet had earlier told me in email that they had asked the courier to expedite it as a priority.

I’m yet to receive an explanation of expected arrival and so I hold my thoughts on the quality of the product but the service and deliver is not acceptable.

The item never arrived. I requested a refund. They refused. They provided an invalid tracking number and can’t provide a delivery confirmation photo. This company is a scam. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered the pet hair pickup. It didn't work and made very, very cheaply. When I asked them to return them (2) they offered me $2.00, I told them that was unexceptable and then they said $4.00 and they were sorry I was unsatified. I paid way more than that for them. $4.00 slap in the face.

Impressed with brightness and versatile strobe options but slow two-week shipping dampened excitement—better packaging would enhance unboxing experience.

Shipping took around two weeks but thats reasonable given the price. Design turned out impressive and the quality feels solid for the cost. Overall satisfied, though slightly quicker delivery would make the experience even better.

I ordered lights December 1st for Christmas the ones that you can leave on all year long and change colors and I still haven't got them they took $139 from me and I have no way of getting a hold of them to get it back or see what's going on

Don't order they are a waste of space

Absolute Dishonesty ... lies about tracking, lies about item "lost at my post office" and then they asked ME for compensation for lost product and postage!! Do not deal with this company.

Materials never arrived according to tracking snips are somewhere in England arrived there ten days ago. I have now given up on them arriving In Scotland let alone Kirkcaldy Fife
