NBN connection problem eventually resolved.
Difficulties in establishing an NBN connection were patiently worked through with me by a Teleron techician. The essence of the problem was incorrect information given by Teleron in advising initial username & password, but one on one, the problem was resolved.

I can highly recommend the Teleron…
I can highly recommend the Teleron support staff. Not only do they answer the phone straight away (unlike other suppliers who put you on hold for up to an hour and then the phone drops out!), they are there to help, and that help is over and above the call of duty.
