Receive product after 15 days with no update of order their customer service is worst

Pathetic service. I ordered air conditioner and the delivery time conveyed to me is 5 working days. After one month they cancelled my order and said the stock is not available. And they will take 10 working days to return my online payment. I suggest everyone that don't trust them, it's a online scam. I have several proves of their scam which includes call recordings, screenshot of emails.

they have the worst in every aspects i have return the order for replacement and not waiting for the last 42 or 48 days whenever i call them they say ... your complain is been registered and will send you the product in this week ... and every week they say this from past 3 to 4 weeks .... don't buy stuff from them they are basically running a fraud company . once they recieve the money they get vanished

Paid Rs.30000 in advanced and now im waiting for the product to arrive since 38 days. They are not giving me my money back and nor sending me the product. They said product is short in the market and i have to wait till it comes. I dont know its a fraud or what ??

I have an issue with Telemart regarding PTA TAX, i have purchased a mobile with deal of PTA APPROVED. But PTA is saying that my both EMEI numbers are registered with fraud. I have sent many emails, call, your helpline, but no one is giving me response. My ph will be blocked after 06 may 2021. Please help me, I don't want money but please get PTA TAX,as per your company's deal Dear Sir,my name is aziz Ahmad khan, I have purchased a mobile Samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g (dual sims-EMEI#353769597131112 & 354240327131110) from telmart.com (Karachi based online store) on 24.02.2021.(order#2021023224447) they have got registration of captioned EMEI numbers. now, today, I have received a sms from 8484 that my phone has been registered with fraud and I have to present ownership. please help or guide me, regards with hope of positive response from your side, please pay PTA against my both EMEI numbers or refund TAX AMOUNT.

I ordered a Galaxy s9 from their website few years ago. the phone came and the box was not sealed. after i, a dissappointed individual opened my phone i found out that it had already been used and had selfies taken by someone saved in the gallery. i did order a samsung c7 from them before that and that was completely fine which is why i ordered again. definitely wouldnt recommend.
