Remarkable company!!! I needed to send them back the phone for warranty repair, and post office delivered it wrongly to a private address somewhere else in De Meern (crazy story). When I called Post NL they said that unfortunately package will be considered lost as it was mistakenly delivered to a private house. Guys from TelefoonDiscounter took all the effort to locate it and pick it up themselves, to repair it and send it back to me the same week. It was probably one of the best customer services I have ever received. Besides great communication and product as described on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks!!!!

THIS WAS A TOTALLY DISASTER. DON’T EVER BUY A IPHONE FROM Telefoondiscounter.

I ordered my iPhone 5S on 5 May this year and it was just completely gone on 29 May while I sleeping. Before sleep it worked well but next morning I couldn’t turn on the phone.

I sent it them and a couple of days after they sent me unfixed (still black out) phone back to me without fixing or saying anything. I called them to ask why. They said they detected water leakage or something so it's out of warranty so they don’t want to do anything with this phone.

They didn’t even look into the phone. When I talked to them they didn’t even know what was the problem they just sent it back to me.

I was using my phone even without removing transparent cover which comes with a new phone for a couple of weeks until it was automatically removed by itself because I felt the phone was so precious. I never brought it into shower, there has been not many big rain during these days, never poured water ever.

And there you go, they said it is water detected, out of warranty and there must be something I don’t remember.

Since I treated this phone so preciously I remember there was no water leakage type of thing for a couple of weeks.

I can’t believe this way of business. They just sell it as a half price saying 2 year warranty but for me it seems like they never intended to give you a replacement or any service.

After 11 minutes of ‘water leaking blah blah’ the people finally asked me what was the problem. I had already explained everything in my email with photos but they were not interested at all just saying no warranty…..

This is the worst company I have dealt with in the Netherlands. I had to return a refurbished iPhone twice because the "new" battery wasn't holding a charge. Communication was okay to that point, but then I decided to invoke the right of return (within 14 days) for a full refund. At that point, I was completely ignored.
After many, many emails all funds were finally returned to me, but it should not have been so frustrating or as time-consuming.
Stay away from this business.

The phone doesn't support Sim cards. Went to apple store, they tried their own sim card and it still didn't work. So disappointed. I'm never buying refurbished anything again.

The phone (used) arrived quickly and in good condition, however the battery would drain immediately. I took it to the apple store and had the batter tested and changed because I didn't want to wait to send the phone back and get a new one. Phone is now great. Will buy my next phone from Telefoondiscounter in the future.
