Dead flowers

I ordered flowers, and the bouquet was very small and disappointing. The flowers came slightly closed, and although I expected them to fully bloom within 2 days as mentioned on the website, they dried out and died in 3 days. Very very disappointed.

Terrible company

Terrible company ! Horrendous customer service !
Flowers were 10 days late, so obviously it had seen better days and when asking what happened they wouldn't care and told us to check directly with the florist !
Run away, don't give them your money !

Avoid, possible scam

Tried to order recently, received an email several days after the intended delivery saying it was not possible on the chosen date, offering to either refund or proceed with order. Replied asking to proceed with order. A week later another email saying order was cancelled and would be refunded. Waste of time, possibly a scam? Will watch closely for refund. Avoid.

Order this company to deliver flowers…

Order this company to deliver flowers on March 12th since then no reply over emails and their phone is always on msg. If you want to ashamed your self at front of your friends then this company is the best choice.

No flowers delivered despite extra payment

No flowers delivered and no chance of coming in contact with the company. Tried writing to their email, chat and Messenger without any answers. So sad that they failed to deliver. It put us in such an incredibly embarrassing situation.

Not Delivered and Not Refunded.

I placed an order on February 14th for delivery the next day, expecting a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, the flowers failed to arrive as promised, leaving me in an incredibly frustrating position. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company through calls, emails, and Facebook messages, all of which went unanswered as clearly documented in the attached pictures, the company only deigned to respond on February 20th. Their excuse? Allegedly, the driver attempted delivery but found no one, and claimed the recipient was unresponsive to calls, a situation I had preemptively avoided by ensuring the recipient's availability. Their subsequent offers to either re-deliver or have the recipient pick up the flowers from their shop were absurd, given the event had long passed. My request for a refund was flatly refused, showcasing their lack of customer service ethics. In a bid to hold them accountable, I even threatened to post a negative review on the most reliable rating websites, to which they displayed blatant indifference. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, with the company's dismissive attitude and provocation adding insult to injury. I strongly advise against any engagement with this company, given their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and an appalling demonstration of dishonesty. Additionally, any advice on where to formally complain about this shop is welcome, as I am exploring all avenues to ensure accountability.
Please All, don’t believe them if they reply to my review and say that they have refunded me until I come back and confirm myself.

A disgraceful stain on florists

The worst service I've ever received. Title says it all. I can't believe I relied on these people to deliver flowers for my anniversary. Not only did they never arrive, but after all my emailing I never even received a reply. Only when I filed a complaint with PayPal did they respond. Sickening company - never deal with them - I certainly never will again!

Ordered flowers on Wednesday for delivery Friday.It’s now Saturday evening . Contacted company three times without a response .If you want a happy carefree experience when you buy flowers for your loved ones. Don’t use this company. You’ll be sorely let down. You and your loved ones will be disappointed.

Customer service none existant

Ordered for sameday delivery on 8/1/24 and chased up for confirmation twice on 9/1/24 and again this morning - no response to emails and no connection on live chat. Have taken my money but not delivered the flowers and no customer support at all

Flowers not delivered / fleurs non livrées

Flowers were ordered and never delivered. Also there has been no reply to three attempted to contact the company to ask about delivery.
