Réception suite à commande très rapide. Suite à un problème de transfert de code, l entreprise à tout fait pour solutionner mon problème. Grâce aux explications fournies appuyées de photos, j'ai fini par pouvoir intervertir mon ancienne telecommande sur la nouvelle. Grand coup de chapeau pour autant d attention et de persévérance pour un produit de petite valeur. Je conseille vivement

j'ai commandé 5 télécommandes sur Ce site. A ce jour une est defectueuse, et le monsieur qui répond au téléphone me dit que la garantie n'est plus possible mais ce n'est "pas grave ce n'est pas cher vous pouvez en racheter une" ... tres bon sens du service clientèle
