Telechoice are pathetic. They decline existing customers for mobile plans despite having good credit, an account that's always been in credit, and a capacity to pay your account yet they approve scum who are constantly behind on their bills. If you want a company that values their customers then Telechoice is not the company you should be going with.
Over the last 4 months have had issues…
Over the last 4 months have had issues with their International calls (IDD) packages which have gone from unlimited calls to 120 mins or 300 mins. Then when I have specified a day to have it activated they havent done it - Twice! This has meant sitting in the telephone queue and telling them on a second call to switch on the IDD calls. They then fail to take it off after 30 days when instructed to. Absolutely incompetent customer service - this is playing havoc with my billing and complaint calls to Customer Services which is very much like talking to a wet dishcloth!
Terrible Company
Sent me a text message, and an email telling me that my recharge had failed, despite the fact I have auto-recharge enabled.
The auto-recharge actually took money out of my credit card, but still didn't actually recharge my account. I called Telechoice to see why this was the case, I was told that they couldn't recharge due to incorrect card details, despite the fact that there was a record of payment, along with a receipt and invoice.
So I completed a manual recharge, which still sees me without phone service, despite having paid for a full year's recharge through auto-pay, and a month through manual pay, to which after I requested a refund, they proceeded to manually charge me for another full year.
To conclude, I have been charged for 2 full years (one auto-recharged through direct debit, one through them charging me instead of refunding me), and another month which I manually paid to get my phone back up and running just to get myself back online, and yet I still do not have any phone service from Telechoice.
On a subsequent phone call, I was told they would 'investigate the matter', and with have someone contact me about it 'within 10-20 business days'. To which I ask - on which phone number? Given my phone is now out of service.

they decided to price increase without notifying me, then pro rated for the month before of the price increase, called to ask about it and they hung up on me... very fishy and scammy
Authenticator code never show up in time
Never ever be able to log into my own account when authenticator code is sent to email. The code expires in 5 min, but will not received until 10+ mins later. It happens many times to me.

This is so frustrating. I cannot resolve my phone issue, will gave to go in person in search of a telechoice representative. If i could give them negative 5 stars I would. this is unacceptable.

Purchased a prepaid sim
Purchased a prepaid sim. There was an issue with Porting my old number. The cancelled the process and broke the activation code. Then said it was be 48 hrs to get a new code. That was a week ago. I called everyday to see of they could fix it for me. No help at all. They just keep saying 24-48 hrs. And that they would tell the relevant department. Impossible for me to speak with the relevant department. I requested a refund, and got the same response. I will be switching my family away from TeleChoice from now on. Be warned.

Dear Telechoice Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve experienced over the past week. As a customer of Telechoice for the past five years, I have generally been satisfied with your network coverage throughout the Perth metropolitan area. However, your customer service process has consistently been slow, and this most recent experience highlights some concerning issues that need to be addressed.
Last week, I required two replacement SIM cards for our mobile phones. I contacted Telechoice to see if there was a store in Perth where I could collect them. I was directed to your kiosk in Alexander Heights. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told by the staff that they do not carry Telechoice SIM cards—only prepaid ones. This has apparently been the case for months, yet I was not informed. I then spent another 10-20 minutes on the phone with your customer service, explaining the situation. Though I received an apology, I had no choice but to drive another 30 minutes home in peak-hour traffic without the SIM cards I needed.
I ordered the two replacement SIMs over the phone and was told they would arrive within 2-3 business days. While they did arrive on the third day, one of the SIM cards didn’t work. When I contacted Telechoice again, I was informed that your customer service hours operate from 10 AM - 4 PM Eastern Standard Time on weekends, meaning I had to call before 2 PM Perth time. After a 10-15 minute hold, I explained the situation to a representative, who apologized and said she would escalate the issue. However, by Sunday, there had still been no resolution, and I was told the matter was being looked into.
On Monday, I received an email asking me to confirm my number and was told that a new order number would be expedited for the replacement SIM. It is now Monday evening, and 8 days have passed since I first requested the SIM replacement. Despite this, I have yet to receive the replacement or any confirmation regarding the new order.
I don’t often complain, but this has been a frustrating experience. A process as simple as replacing a SIM card should not take over a week, especially with no clear resolution in sight. It’s concerning that Telechoice does not have a physical presence in Perth, which I believe is an issue for many Western Australian customers.
I strongly urge you to review your customer service policies, particularly for WA-based customers, as this process needs significant improvement. I hope this feedback leads to a more efficient and customer-focused approach moving forward.

Service is not all that reliable
Service is not all that reliable. Slows down sometimes. However they are not that expensive and have increased my gigabytes at no extra cost to me.
Cut off my Internet provider before modem had arrived
Sales person promised that my Internet would not be stopped until I had the modem this didn't happen. Running a business from home no Internet in sight no solutions just sorry. Considering legal action. Stay away I have not started yet and already have problems I was 55mins for assistance till I gave up.

Telechoice has been excellent to deal with. They just upgraded my package without my asking - more data for no more money! They're always happy to answer questions and provide advice, and their data bank system is great.
Only had issues
Only had issues. Will be going back to telstra sick of ringing and getting told I'd be reset and see if it helps.. been collecting my money and I can't talk to anyone because they can't hear me.. even telechoice couldn't hear me when I rang.
An excellent provider!
Have been with Telechoice for nearly 5 years now, and have always been impressed with the quality of their product. As they use Telstra's network, they have excellent coverage, and I can honestly say that I have never been without a signal. Data services are of course excellent and represent very good value for money. I can't see myself changing providers any time soon!
