I just spent $89 on a physicians call. He was nice however they needed a picture of my prescription. I needed refilled after 45 minutes and two different customer service reps. I finally got a picture to go through. Still not one prescription refill but I’m out $89 buyer. Beware these people have a bad site that they don’t know how to help you navigate terrible will never use them again.
Horrible, avoid at all cost. I tried tonuse them, they took my card info and charged me money and never called. I even called them and they told.me that would have someone call but they didn't. And this is all happening when you are sick and seeking help. Bad news cokpany
They will take your money and then tell you they do not treat that particular thing. EVEN THOUGH you filled out the form where you put in what you want to be seen for and they can't help you they will take your money and that's just too bad for you. $90 down the drain. I would try ANYONE else but these people, and I use the term lightly. Customer service was useless. They just read from a script because this happens ALL THE TIME. The doctor? Forget it. Don't even get me started on her. She needs to get a real job where she can't act however, knowing it's online and she doesn't have to face you when she screws you. GO ELSEWHERE or you will deeply regret your decision.
