Competitive prices, fast delivery
Competitive prices for a decent quality of macrame rope. Some colours present irregularities (not optimal for making fringes), but it's normal considering it's recycled cotton (let's be all more sustainable!). Very fast delivery. I have already ordered twice with Tek Tek and surely I will continue ordering with them for the great service.

excellent product but...
excellent product but very very slow in resolving issues it can take months before receiving an answer.
Still waiting to get issues resolved from last year.
They used to be really good but recently orders get mixed up and or items are missing from orders.

Nearly 3 weeks since order!
Tek-Tek were really good before, but now we are being treated very badly and being ignored. We hope to get our order one day, or they will send money back. They are not replying to emails or phone messages. We don't know what to do now. The communication is very bad.
