Bought retro game console, console didn't work so wanted to send it back. Got answer I have to send it on my own to the company, I paid a halv value of the purchase for that , company claim they didn't receive the package, after that no more answer so I have to pay for the product I don't have plus transport and payment for returning. Business of a lifetime. Highly recommend to never buy anything from them

Awful customer service. Product still hasn't arrived. Haven't heard back since customer service said product was coming. A complete joke of a company.

Excellent company. I ordered a laptop that was advertised as new and it arrived in perfect condition. The messaging from the company was informative and prompt and the delivery perfect. I would recommend buying any tech from this company. Thanks from a very satisfied customer.
I got the product fast, even though I had the wrong postnumber, I got good service on that and they made sure I could pick it up at the nearest pickup point. The product is working as it schould and I love it! Both thumbs up!!
Some products have false productdescription, but got handeled with good customer support
Not impressed said was going to be sent within 4 working days had to wait for a month after chasing it up finally got it an IPL but it gets hot in 2 minutes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Make sure you are spending some money you don't mind loosing, in case you have problems with the products.
Long story short: after issues with a product, i contacted them, they did not help, posted a review on their website which got blocked, posted a review on trustpilot (see original review below), got a phone call within 2 minutes and got threatened, agreed to delete the review and that they will solve the problem, that on May 21, nothing fixed ever since, only useless email exchange.
UPDATE: 20 minutes after i postred the review on TrustPilot and Google, i received this email from the customer service:
"This will also come up on Google when people search uo your name on Goole or linkidin.

original review: Changed warranty terms when problem occured
Bought a massage pistol. Charging does not work anymore after 7 months, contacted them and the answer is that the battery only has 6 months warranty (nowhere written before, only specified 12 months in the warranty certificate), and that if i want i can buy another one for a reduced price. Should have done my research about Tekshop better before buying anything from them.

My experience is super from A-Z. I ordered led lights for my daughter, was a bit worried cause of all the bad reviews written so i texted them on their Facebook. They replied immediately. Led lights came as promised. Unfortunately we managed to bread the wire. I sent them a facebook message and they sent me new led lights with DHL for free!! I received them in a couple of days. They are polite and serviceminded. Highly recommend this shop. Will surely order again. Love it!

Tekshop is a terrible, online retailer. Please save yourself the time and hassle of having to deal with them. The other reviews here are accurate, the responses from the owner are a form of minimisation of a terrible business. Don't be fooled. Buy elsewhere!
My ordeal starts with buying a set of Apple Airpod headphones and a pregnancy seatbelt. I was sent some knockoff, no brand headphones (JR—T03 Joyroom headphones), and not the seatbelt (a relief given how bad the headphones looked).
After sending an email to complain, and a webform, it took a week to get a response. I was told to send the headphones back, but with no comment on a refund, and it was clear from the message that I would have to pay for the postage myself.
Speaking to a customer representative on the phone, he eventually agreed to pay for shipping to send back the headphones. They then admitted that they didn't have any seatbelts, and had not had for some weeks. The order was then refunded in firstly in part.
It has taken a lot of back and forth over 10 days, to finally get my shipping refunded.
