This company is crap, is a FRAUD
This company is crap, is a fraud! They cannot be contacted for returns, they state in their webpage that they have an office in Sweden but their products come from China, takes ages to arrive and with the worst quality. And trying to contact Klarna customer service to explain that I am doing a return and the company in question does not respond is impossible too.
They 2 months later they reply saying that they cannot do returns and that they want to give me a voucher to buy from them, they are THIEVES and, of course I don’t want to buy from them EVER again. I don’t want a voucher, I want my money back.
I chose it because I thought that paying via Klarna was a kind of guarantee but it is also a FRAUD, klarna is now charging me and not helping me with my return.
