Photo and description of items does not…

Photo and description of items does not match, adapter not included. When raising a complaint they referenced small font, contradicting pictures in the offer, and the packaging of an item which both include the adapter. Cannot confirm. You do not know what you are buying, and they will not take the complaint seriously. As a result I need to buy the adapter separately, paying double for shipping, and waiting twice as long to have the whole product. Will not buy from them again.

Order cancelled by Teknikdele, no refund (yet) and no communication

On 4th April I ordered an item. They money was taken from my account on the 14th April and the account status said that order was being processed. On the 20th April, I checked status again on the account page and there was no information about my order. I have received no information from Teknikdele.
I chatted to "Karl" who told me that the order was cancelled by Teknikdele. I queried about refund and he told me it was handled by another Swedish company whom I could contact. I told "Karl" that it was Teknikdele.dk who should contact about my refund, not me (I live in Denmark).
While I was taking screen shots of the whole conversation, as this is my only proof of the order/money transaction/conversation and phone number for the "refund" company, the chat was cancelled by Teknikdele.dk.
I will never recommend teknikdele to anyone and will never use them again!

Køb/purchase af 4-in-1 cardreader/joyroom

På dansk:
Jeg købte en “4-in-1 card reader” fra JOYROOM.
Kom rigtig hurtigt, og fungere som den skal.
Jeg købte en adapter så jeg kan downloade billeder fra et digitalt Canon kamera over på min iPhone. Dette gjorde jeg ved at anvende hukommelses kortet fra kameraet, som er et kingston sd kort.
Forstod ikke helt hvordan jeg gjorde, men fandt ud af det, så hvis andre har svært ved det - så skulle man bare koble det til telefonen/iPhonen, putte sd kortet i adapteren, og trykke på import under Photos på telefonen. Derfra kan du downloade dem du vil, og slette billeder fra kortet, så er der er plads til nye billeder.

In English:
I bought a “4-in-1 card reader” from JOYROOM.
It arrived within a day and functions as it should.
I bought the adapter in hopes of transferring pictures from my digital canon camera onto my iPhone, which it does perfectly.
At first I had trouble doing this which is why I’ll provide an explanation:
The camera I use comes with a “kingston sd card”. Following this I plucked the card reader into my iPhone and inserted the ‘memory card/sd card’ into the card reader. After this I opened photos on my iPhone and selected import, (keep in mind - not already imported but the one called ‘import’)
Finally I could download the wanted photos and delete the rest. Deleting is not required but it frees up space on the memory card for new photos.

Product was falsely advertised

Product was falsely advertised on which devices it worked for. I asked for a refund, upon return of the product. They said I had to return the product, pay for postage, and there could be an additional fee for handling the return. AND that they wouldn't confirm they'd actually refund me. I repeatedly asked if they could confirm they'd refund me and the postage, and they refused to confirm or say they wouldn't.

That being said, they replied quickly to my messages, and were polite.

Cannot be trusted, but fast service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

I'm still waiting for my product. I ordered it more than a week. I cannot see my order status. The budbee app said I have no ongoing delivery. I wrote to the customer service and the automatic email said it is 2-3 business day to get an answer.

1 star is too much for them

1 star is too much for them. It's like ordering from China when it comes to customer rights and customer support. It looks like they have good prices, but omg don't be fooled!

Very bad service

Very bad service, I received a broken iPad glass cover, teknikdele promised to resend a new one, but never received, lost on the way?
Return is difficult.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. How does this company have more than 2 stars baffles me. I received a faulty product from them, after describing the issue Peter from customer service tried to gaslight me into thinking that the smoke detector is in fact not faulty. He said he tried to recreate the issue, but unsuccessfully, and added "we literally sell thousands, the product is not faulty". Dear Peter, if the app shows that my smart smoke detector is perfectly connected and batteries are full AFTER I removed the batteries - your product is faulty. Get off your high horse and try finding solutions rather than gaslighting your customers in a patronising tone.

Reply: I was never offered a new product. This is a plain lie. I was told that I can return the old one but at my own cost. Even though it’s a Danish website I’d have to return it to Sweden with tracking which would cost well over 100kr. So I didn’t agree to that since it’s a faulty product. And I never insulted anyone in my emails. Another blatant lie.

Ordered a tool kit for Mac book so I…

Ordered a tool kit for Mac book so I could tighten loose screws. What arrived did not match what is in the photos, and so not the right tool for the computer despite claiming to be compatible with Macs. Fortunately it was very cheap so I've only wasted little money, but unfortunately you often get what you pay for.

I have ordered a product with the right…

I have ordered a product with the right specification for my IPad but when I received it it’s for other model,not suitable for my iPad so I can not use it and the returning policy a total fraud.I paid for the case 170kr and to send back it will cost me 190kr… so money lost,total dissapoinment. I don’t recomand 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
