The product itself is excellent, however the service is so-so at best. I placed an order at the beginning of December, was not notified it would be back-ordered, did not recieve replies to my attempts at contacting using their online form, and when I called was told that it had been back-ordered, was now on property, but would not ship until at least the 13th of January because they're counting inventory. I SUPPOSE this is all well and good except there was zero transparency from the company regarding the status of my order until I actually got on the phone.
So... I won't order direct from them again, which means they have to pay a third party to distribute.

They charge your card, and weeks later have an excuse as to why it hasn't shipped yet. Then they say it will take 21 days for a refund. As far as I'm concerned, and the State that I'm from, this is fraud.
I filed a complaint with our attorney general, and had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered a tekmat from them, after ten days of processing, I called them, and they stated that they were out of stock, even though they'd already charged my card (which is fraud in my state). They "supposedly issued a refund a week ago". Just spoke with them, and they said that it takes 21 days to issue a refund. Bull$!*!
