WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I had my account randomly banned without any reason purely at their discretion. The student service is atrocious.
On top of that all their notes and videos are AI generated and are a drag to read. I was okay with it at first because it’s convenient, its still valuable but truthfully I’m angered by the random account foreclosure.

Dear Noah Kampamba,
This email is to inform you that your student account has been permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
As stated in our terms, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any student account at our sole discretion and without prior warning or explanation. Following a review of your recent communication with our organisation, we have exercised that right.
This decision is final and will not be reviewed, reconsidered, or reversed. We will not enter into further correspondence regarding this matter.
You are not permitted to create a new account or re-register for any of our courses or services. Any future registrations may be removed without notice.
We appreciate that our courses may not be the right fit for everyone and encourage you to pursue an alternative TEFL provider that better meets your expectations and requirements.
We wish you every success with your future studies.
