Clear and Complete Course

A Very Practical and Relevant Course
I have just finished my 30-hour Online Teaching course, and I would like to say that it was very practical and can be applied right away. It teaches you how to navigate platforms, as well as the proper use of the various technologies (including how to fix issues and problems), so that you will not be clueless if and when you dip your toes into Online Teaching. Since I actually have post-grad master units in my home country on the same course, which was purely theoretical, this one by the TEFL Institute is more engaging, relevant, and up to date (trends, career paths, income opportunities, etc.).

Teaching Business English
Hello,
I just completed the 30-Hour Teaching Business English Course. The course was extremely illuminating in terms of understanding ESP (English for Specific Purposes) needs. It provided clear guidance on how to assess learners’ specific requirements, design tailored lessons, and select appropriate materials. I especially appreciated the practical examples, YouTube videos, and strategies for teaching business communication skills such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
Overall, it was highly informative and has significantly improved my confidence in teaching Business English effectively. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to specialize in ESP.

I recently completed the 30-hour Business English course, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The course structure was excellent. It was divided into clear modules, starting with grammar basics and moving to complex methodology like lesson planning. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs to study around a full-time job.

If you are based in the United States, they do not communicate with you.
I arranged a call yesterday to speak with a representative about various course options, before buying a package. No one called me at the arranged time (which was 13:15 GMT). This morning (at 7:30am CST) I called the direct line on the website and the recording said no one was available since it was outside business hours (though it was 13:30 GMT), prime business hours in London. I also reached out to their chat-bot this morning and it told me it was outside normal business hours, though again the time was midday in London. It seems this company is only available for Brits and Europeans and they do not sell their courses to people based in the United States. If you're an American, look elsewhere because you will not be able to talk with anyone at The TEFL Institute.

Absolutely fantastic!
I am very impressed with the quality of the course, but the instructors and academic support are what makes these courses 5 star in my opinion! I have never done a course like this before, and to be honest I was a little nervous about how I would fare. The staff were so incredibly helpful and answered my questions quickly and put my mind at ease! Informal yet informative
I loved the informal, yet equally informative style of this course. It definitely teaches you things you thought you knew but didn't - something all trainee TEFL teachers can identify with when it comes to grammar!
