I would give no stars if I could. I have been trying to find a replacement bowl for my tefal cook4me. I cannot describe to you how amazing the product is, I am on my second in 10 years.
I received a generic response after contacting customer service, from a gentleman named ‘Tom’.
Not only was it clear that my email to recall customer service was not read, their own website not checked for product availability (which is listed sold out), or their authorised resellers, who don’t not have the bowl in stock, I was directed by ‘Tom’ to search these places for ‘small parts’.
The bowl is not a small part, their website does not have it in stock, nor do any authorised resellers. Short of buying a new cook4me, which retail at close to $500, I am unable to obtain a replacement bowl.
