Teeving is off air again without any explanation. Have they stopped transmitting?
It's total rubbish! I'd give it zero if that were available. Has decided to cut out in the evenings and only be available from mid-mornings to around 10pm, for some unknown reason. They don't respond to my email asking why, also for a long time there have been no descriptions of programmes on the list as before,just the same brief account of that particular channel e.g. "ITV is home to .." Will cancel my payment next time. Maybe it's budget cuts but I can't see it lasting. Better look for something else.
Something went wrong with setting up TeeVeeing. Ended up with 2 accounts. Notified TeeVeeing. They “fixed” it and removed one account but I was still getting payment messages for the second one when I went into it. (I could access it still tho). The moment I put money into that account, 18.99 was taken. No response from their customer service. So I paid 9.99 and 18.99 although they knew before the 18.99 was taken out what the issue was and told me they’d fixed it. Not very honest or correct.

It would normally be a server down or bad weather disrupting internet service or something. The customer service has always been very helpful if there is a problem. I think for the price, the service is a great one that I very much appreciate, living in a foreign country!

I have used TVMucho and Teeveeing for many years. I also subscribe to the Later recording service, as we tend to watch recordings rather than live TV.
Apart from the occasional hiccup once every few months, it works great, and is very good value.

Can't believe for second time in a week ability to watch goes down. And right now Tuesday night 9pm CET goes down, cannot play any channel on any device or the TV and of course favourite show Traitors has started. And they don't have support at this time or emergency troubleshooting.

I have had this service for a few years. It used to be called Tvmuco. I currently am locked out as I tried to update my credit card information. Keeps saying server error. Sends me an email saying support is only available Mon to Friday 9 to 5. I have been trying to update this for almost 2 weeks now I am completely locked out.

Normally Teeveeing works well for me but today 15/11/25 it opens but nothing plays...no channels,no recordings nothng!!!
Annoying when there is on support available weekends when actually historically most problems occur!
Absolutely totally impressed and satisfied! My Teeveeing is functioning correctly again! I also received an email explaining a server update was causing the issue and an apology for this inconvenience.Brilliant customer service..thankyou!

Same problems as the previous report. Tried customer support and got a reply only availably Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, its now only Saturday morning.

Not had a problem with teeveeing for a while until today got up to watch the BBC news and nothing, tried other channels nothing but a black screen, I tried contacting them but the usual something went wrong notice. Ironically the other day I was thinking about getting a yearly subscription seeing how it's been working fine but they have just blown it again.

I use TeeVeeing to watch TV from the UK and France. I have not had the buffering issues that others mention. I have the ex-Pat subscription. Customer service has always successfully helped me (these were membership, VPN or subscription issues). The ability to record shows from the EPG works without problems.

I recently had an issue with programs freezing. The support team were really helpful and eventually after buying and installing a new Amazon firestick the issue has been solved. Thanks again the support team especially Rich who kept on with helpful advice until the problem was solved.

Unable to contact Teeveeing. Emails sent yesterday to the email address I've always used are not being delivered.
The "Contact Us" box on the website is not working, neither is "Chat"
EDIT 23rd June. Teeveeing have sorted out my issues promptly with respect and in a pleasant manner. It's always good to give positive feedback and credit where it's due. So I have changed my rating to 5*

I use teeveeing on a firestick. It has been excellent until lately. Constantly loosing signal causing the program to freeze. Customer service has been very good but the problem hasn’t been solved. Going on for four days now. Even as I write this it has lost the signal four times. Not a happy customer at the moment.

I love to watch tv with teeveeing and have had just normal internet related issues but nothing so serious. My customer support is always a delite to contact them, because they are really helpful and had for everything the right explanation.
To your payment issue I will let you now, paypal is shit and I use since ages wise.com (former transferwise) and they are reliable and correct and is a pre paid debit cart which you can set up directly in your teeveeing account as payment methode. No risk and all works fine. Just try it i use it as my second payment methode everywhere.
Quick and easy to use. Will sort your error messages 👍👍👍😏😏😏

Can no longer receive Teeveeing as they no longer use PayPal for payments. My bank will not allow me to pay with my bankcard directly on their website neither will they let me pay via Apple. We have a company here that control card payments ( it is called Nets) they have to agree with payment site and if they detect anything untoward so payment is not allowed......Very unhappy....Danish tv is crap as is there Satelite tv!!!!

Actually, I am quite pleased with Teeveeing and I am very pleased with the "Time Machine" function, which I use almost every day. Last year I subscribed to "Later", which was before Time Machine. I tried many times to cancel my "Later" subscription and nothing happens. I removed my credit card details, hoping that would work. When my subscription to Teeveeing expired I had to add my credit card and suddenly there is a transaction for 89.99 Euros for "Later".
I am now in contact with Visa to try and get a refund for this fraudulant behaviour.
