We visited Teesside Valley Caravans to look at a van we had seen on the internet, we were shown around by Liam who answered all questions asked with great knowledge, he was not pushy and allowed us to make our own decisions. When we collected the Caravan the paperwork side was well prepared and warranties explained. The handover by Liam was very thorough, all the items in the caravan were demonstrated and he even gave assistance to hitch the caravan to the car, I would have no hesitation in recommending Teesvalley Caravans to friends and family.

Excellent service from Liam at tees valley caravans, when we went just to view caravans Liam was not pushy in trying to sell but nothing was too much when asking questions. He even watched our dog so we could both go in the caravans. When it came to the hand over Liam again went above and beyong in showing us around the van. Being new to caravans he made us feel confident in his way of showing us around. Both the girls on reception were very helpfull too. Excellent service all round.

Been to Tees Valley caravans a couple of times and always been greeted by Liam, who is really friendly and helpful. Opening up any caravan you wish to look at. Letting you take as long as you want with no pressure sales talk. On our last visit we a saw a caravan we loved and decided to purchase. The handover was arranged for the following week. During the week there were numerous contacts with Tees Valley caravans. The office staff always very friendly and helpful. On the day of the handover Liam was on hand to demonstrate everything on the caravan ensuring all was working. He answered all my questions and even threw in some excellent tips. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend Tees Valley caravans to anyone looking to purchase

This being our first caravan, we knew very little about touring. We cant thank Liam enough. He talked us through everything- how things worked, what we needed and gave me a driving lesson on how to drive with a caravan attached. Without the advice and auppirt Liam gave i wouldnt have had a clue. Liam is an asset to the team. 10/10 to Liam, you are a star, very patient and knowledgable.

Just needed to tell everyone how excellent the staff at tees valley caravans are. We purchased our dream caravan from here a few weeks ago & on every outing I love it more! We wanted to exchange our current caravan & after seeing this one the purchase side to buy it was excellent. Charlotte was very helpful and efficient with the admin side & Liam was extremely helpful & informative on handover. Saw the caravan we were after at tees valley caravans. On the website I put a deposit down on it on the Sunday night. I travelled down from Edinburgh on the Monday to look at it and on arrival the staff were very helpful and approachable. I liked the van but wanted my wife to see it also before committing to it and they held it for me till the Thursday where we both travelled down. My wife loved it so we bought the van. We were given a hand over by Liam. Liam took us over every feature the van had, answered all our question in a manner that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone on the lookout for a caravan. First class service.

Not sure were to start really, exceptional company to deal from walking through the gates without a caravan to leaving with our dream caravan.
The level of professionalism and politeness alone just makes you want to buy from tees valley caravans.
Every single caravan was spotless and presented as is it was ready to leave which was a big thing for us as we'd visited various other dealers and the standards was just nowhere near these guys.

Brilliant experience part exchanging our Bailey caravan for a buccaneer that Tom had sourced exactly to our requirements within 7 days. Charlotte was great with sorting the admin side of things and Liam gave us a really comprehensive handover and I know if we have any queries we could call and he’d have the answer. If a member of the team didn’t know an answer they were honest and said so but then went and found out, which I really appreciate rather than being fobbed off with nonsense. One of the other local dealers told us Tees Valley were way more expensive than anywhere else. We didn’t find that at all but the staff were way more helpful than any of the other dealers we’ve visited (so very many).

A big thanks to the Tees Valley team, from initial contact to collecting our new caravan has been a pleasure. Communication is great (even on your day off Tom 😀), Nancy and Charlotte in the office kept us updated and the handover from Liam was spot on. I’ve bought several caravans over the years but this has been the best experience by far, thanks everyone.

You guys were so welcoming and made the transition so easy. Having looked at a couple of larger dealerships and been singularly unimpressed, we discovered Tees Valley Caravans. So many businesses these days have forgotten that customer service really does matter so it was a pleasant surprise and worth the couple of journeys from Harrogate. Liam was a star in giving us a complete rundown of all the features - and even fitted the car's wing mirrors for us. Great experience and highly recommended.

We collected our dream caravan last week from Tees Valley Caravans and still can’t stop smiling! The whole process from the moment we stepped on the forecourt to look around from the moment we towed our van away has been absolutely outstanding!

Liam is a breath of fresh air - relaxed and patient approach to helping us select the van and work through the exchange process! Speaking with someone who genuinely loves caravanning as much as we do made the whole experience so personable! All the extra hint and tips even for new sites to visit just added a whole new level to the purchase experience!

We collected our new caravan yesterday and from the onset of viewing then purchasing, the customer service was excellent. Charlotte was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We found Liam's professionalism and knowledge exemplary and his style of salesmanship natural and refreshing. Should we decide in the future to change our caravan we would have no hesitation of making Tees Valley Caravans our first port of call. We would also highly recommend this company to other buyers.

Today we took delivery of a Lunar Clubman SI caravan in exchange for our Swift Challenger. The handover process was handled excellently by Charlotte in the office. Liam fully explained the workings of the caravan and demonstrated the controls. He very kindly sited the caravan on our storage pitch and demonstrated the motor mover.
In addition, James repaired and fitted a faulty locker strut for us.
During the whole experience, we found the staff very helpful and supportive. We shall certainly use the company in the future for our servicing requirements.
