Sold a relatives car to Teesside Autos. Dealt with Tom throughout and found him to be polite, honest and genuine. Made us a fair offer and stuck to that price with no last minute haggling. The money was transferred into the bank before the car was taken away. Overall, a very easy, straight-forward process with good communication, a pleasure to deal with.

Had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Teeside Autos last week. We found the guy's (Elliott & Tom) not only having quality cars that were competitively priced, but also noticed there wasn't any pressure to buy and could clearly see Customer Service was at the forefront of their business.
We put a deposit on a car on Thursday evening and they personally delivered it to our home address the next day.
Fantastic, painless purchase and would highly recommend this dealer.

Very honest with the description of the car and incredibly helpful. Sent me several walk through videos of the car, extra photos with history, invoices etc and even met me at the railway station so I could drive it back for a proper test drive.
