Terrible customer service!!! I ordered 8, all different, t shirts before Christmas. Finally received and they sent me 2 of the same shirt. I told them of the error and they were going to send the missing t shirt that should arrive in 2 weeks. Since it has not arrived yet, I checked the order and it was enroute BUT with the wrong t shirt! Unbelievable! So now they are sending, again, and hopefully, the correct t shirt. The customer service reps do not pay attention to detail and obviously do not care what they send out. No money was offered back to me for the huge inconvenience. Never will I order from them again.

ZERO Stars!! This company is horrible, shirts ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and not arriving til 29th. .. this is unacceptable! They ruined our Christmas and rather than accepting responsibility and making it right by refunding our money, you responded with already shipped and will exchange at a nominal fee if one arrives and doesn’t fit?? It’s our first Christmas together in 8 years where all of us can be together, our middle daughter has cancer and we can’t even get pics of our family in matching shirts!! Too late to order new ones from a reputable company and can’t find the appropriate sizes for everyone in the stores. Thanks!! Absolutely pathetic!
