Absolutely disgusted by this company, it is stealing people's money. Ordered an item on the 9th Dec still haven't received it ive reached out multiple times no response. Seems im not the only one. DO NOT ORDER from this company THIEVES

Same issue that seems to have happened to everyone. Ordered an item in November, haven’t received it, despite having paid. Contacted them multiple times with no response. Only wish I had looked on here first!

Ordered a lego set from this company as chritmas present for my daughter and it still hasn't arrived. Tried to get in touch with zero success. Then i looked at reviews. Oh dear. Looks like I've been scammed. Is there any chance of getting my money back???

Ordered a £35 Lego set on 1st Dec, said it was dispatched on 12th. Has not arrived. Have emailed the company and no response. Have now seen other reviews suggesting this is a scam site. Certainly seems to be.

Zero stars, ordered thinking this was a legitimate uk company as uk address got order number but no confirmation of item sent and no reply to email deffo SCAM bank contacted and reported as fraud

Same problem as others on here. Non delivery of item which fortunately was low cost. No response to numerous e mails. How can we report this company and stop others having the same problem?

My order never arrived and despite emailing the company I never got a reply. They received my payment of £19.99. I should have realised they were dodgy as I was unable to pay with PayPal. Company or whatever it is should be reported to Watchdog or similar.

If I could give no stars I would. Item has not arrived despite monies taken. Scam company. No reply to any emails I’ve sent. This company also shows as dissolved in 2024. I really wish I’d checked Trust Pilot first before ordering. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Not enough time to order now from another company before Christmas so I will have 2 very disappointed Grandchildren.

Scammed out of £90 buying a Christmas present. This website is fake and they will take your money and send you nothing.
All the so called 5 star reviews are all fake and all using the same image.
Do your due diligence before using websites. Very disappointed.

SCAM - really wish I had read the reviews before loosing out on money. Now need to buy another Christmas gift and out of pocket.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You don’t get your order delivered, cannot get in touch with them, they steel your money! They need to be highly reported because this should not be allowed!

Do not order from here! It is a scam, they confirm the order, you don’t receive it and when you try to contact them, suddenly the website and contact details disappear from Shopify like the company never existed!

If I could give zero stars I would have! No product and im £23 out of pocket. My little girl so upset. Emailed support but its a bogus email.
Utter scammers that should be held accountable. The site should be removed. They are criminals. End off

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I ordered in August and still haven’t received my product. No way of contacting them or requesting a refund! Why is this site even allowed to continue selling when you can see all of the reviews.

I paid for a toy in July 2025 and payment was taken two days later. I have not received the product. When trying to contact them, the support email address on their website is not valid. Absolutely awful. Would not recommend those company at all.
