I ordered many shirts and spent a lot of money. I have waited almost a month with no shipment update. Every email I get is them blaming it on warehouse issues and ignoring my request for a refund, even though it is within policy as the shirts not even made- therefore out of stock. I’m currently in the process of filing a dispute against them. Do NOT order from them, I’ve seen so many awful reviews and them blocking those who do so.

Ordered $117 WORTH of merchandise just to get one product (the cheapest item I bought), and that was after I complained. They got back to me after 5 days (I asked for a refund) and they told me the same warehouse excuse bullsh*t they tell everyone and said they'd ship it. Completely ignored my request for a refund. I filed a dispute with paypal and my bank and they haven't returned a statement, so I might not even get my money back. I am so infuriated and mad with myself because I fell for this stupid bullsh*t of a scheme. Don't waste your money.

Update: Finally got my clothes. They reek of vinegar like other reviews say. The printing feels like rubber, I bet it's going to wash off.

2nd update: My bank took back my chargeback because the product was delivered and the company used that excuse. I'm so angry.

Ordered in March,it's now June. I've gotten every excuse in the book from moving, to computer issues,to OOPS!

No one ever answers their phone which is just a Google voice account. With no other option I have to call it as I see it, SCAM! will be filling a complaint elsewhere as well as long into a small claims court claim

Ordered in April, it's June now. No information or tracking numbers were sent to me at all. Had to file a dispute with my bank luckily I got my $80 back. Customer service claimed I would receive tracking 24 to 72 hours, and that there was a delay on the order (but 2 months really?) and that was never received. Order still says unfulfilled vs refund maybe I'll get some free shirts for their bad service.

Loved my stuff! Really good quality and came earlier than expected. Definitely going to order more & would recommend to friends.

I ordered 4 tees and they came super quick. They look just like the photos on the site. I found teen hearts through an ad and now I’m hooked.

Ordered my shirt on March 3rd, didn’t receive it until yesterday June 2nd. They didn’t send a tracking number, or order confirmation. The only proof I had was that I paid with Paypal. Only replied to one email, and ended up getting Paypal involved. I stopped pursuing because it was only two t-shirts, and $40 stolen.

The absolute worst. I ordered some shirts 7 weeks ago. They have not sent the products or responded to my emails and chats.
STAY AWAY!

I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. I ordered over a month ago and my order is sill unfulfilled. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. This is a scam. I finally had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.

Just a heads up, don't buy from TeenHearts. I first bought from them in 2019. The shirts were cute, a wholesome business, and everything was legit. They would even interact with customers and give discounts regularly. Recently, I purchased $75 worth of shirts during the 4/20 sale. Weeks has gone by, and the only update I got was that my order was placed. At first, I thought since it was a sale, they prob had gotten extra orders and were backed up, until a whole month went by with absolutely no updates at all. I was so confused because I've been a fan of them for years and I've never had this problem before, even when I previously bought during sales. I went on their Tiktok and it's filled with people who are going through the same thing. I feel stupid that I spent money on this business that I trusted just so they could take advantage of their customers. I sent an email about my order and later read that other people had done the same and got no reply, so I just disputed the charge through my bank. 💩 company, 💩 owner + 💩 customer service. Posting content daily but can’t respond to a single email?? Also poor quality designs that come off after a wash. It's sad how downhill they went.

SCAM!!!! They will take your money and never deliver your items. Stay away!!

Like others here, i did not receive any of the 4 items i ordered, with the company giving hollow excuses until I got paypal involved. They claimed to paypal that i had been "refunded" even though nothing had come in!! Do not buy from them at all.

I placed an order on April 20th. It is May 23rd and nothing has been shipped. Do not give your money to this company.

Over a month since my order was placed. Keep getting excuses over email about the delay. Today they tell me the shirts are yet to even be made.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Order hasn’t shipped after nearly a month, despite the website claiming all shirts were ready to ship within 4-6 days. I’ve contacted their customer service twice. First they promised a tracking number within 72 hours. Contacted again two days after the 72 hours passed with no tracking and they said they’d “check with the warehouse.” Too much work for a silly t-shirt. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered my items a month ago and still no sign of them. E-mailed asking to cancel the order and they refused, requesting I give them a couple more days to ship it. That was a week ago. Do NOT buy from these people.

Ordered a t-shirt on April 22nd. They say it takes 4 -6 business days to ship. I contacted them after 12 business days. They said they just relocated and it would be shipped soon. Still hasn't shipped. At this point I'm just accepting I was scammed. DO NOT order from this company.

Poor quality shirts, even worse customer service, not to mention I waited 5 months for my 2 shirts to arrive.

placed my order on April 9. Website says takes at most 15 days to mail out, it's been well over a month now. I emailed their support team and contacted the BBB and I have yet to receive a response from the company. $25 down the drain. This company is nothing but a scam.
