The materials and designs are excellent . And they are allways posted with five days .

Katie was super-helpful at recognising the missing piece in my integration set up. The reason for the average score, is that it took a lot of backs and forths with different colleagues giving me stock answers, before she consolidated all my support requests into one helpful answer. (Ticket 15590)

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive the first time, it was returned to sender. The customer service team (Helen) was great in sorting this out and sending it back out to me

This was my first time working with Teemill and I’m so glad I found them. I was looking to buy a Peaky Blinders tee shirt. There are plenty of vendors online but Teemill products appeared to be far superior than others. Couple of days after placing my order I needed to cancel it and Teemill was so accommodating by helping me navigate to the proper area to request a refund online (specifically Helen). Based on the quality of their merchandise it didn’t surprise me that their level of service was as good as their product. I will return to Teemill for future purchases.

I received a t-shirt without print. After contacting the customer service (Helen) she immediately arranged a replacement and shipped it. Yesterday i got the item, now to full satisfaction with print.

Customer Service is shocking. I returned a few items. One needed a refund as a smaller size was not in stock. I have emailed several times about this and got automated responses letting me know I’ll hear back in 2 working days - that was 9 days ago.
There is no phone number to call, so I’m left waiting for a response - and a refund!

They were very responsive when I had a query about my order, and Helen was really helpful.

I contacted Customer Service about my order and Helen got back to me really quickly, solved the issue and made sure my T shirts would get to me before I went on holiday. Helen went above and beyond to help, thanks!

T-shirts are great and printed well. Like the company ethos and sustainability criteria. I paid for first class post for samples I had ordered and the majority of the t-shirts (including those I needed urgently) were delivered in the timescale I was given. 3 t-shirts arrived much later though (15 days later) which as it happens wasn't an issue but could have been. It was quite hard to find a way to contact the company to enquire about my order but I found an email address on the website and my query was answered after 6 days. Could have been faster (may have had to be forwarded to right team) but well answered and very helpful.

I ordered 2 hoodies, unfortunately one had a mark on the cuff. I got in touch with them and `Ashleigh sent out a replacement straight away. The other hoodie was fine, comfortable and a good fit, plus it’s cotton, so much better than the polyester and acrylic ones available elsewhere online.

I would never have been able to find an outlet for my work if not for Teemill. There are other places to upload print on demand designs, but nothing that lets you really feel like you have an actual store that you'd feel proud to share. The quality of the shirts is excellent (I basically started the shop as a way to make and buy things that I want to wear and as such have at least a dozen of my own shirts and sweatshirts), you can personalise and create a great shop front, and it's very reasonably priced for all this.
I've had my shop for more than 5 years and it's been fantastic.

Order was delivered very quickly. One product had a stain on the cuff when it arrived but Helen was really helpful and had a replacement sent out straight away. I would definitely order from them again. Great customer service.

Items were lost in shipping. Reached out and I was offered a refund. Asked if product could be reshipped and they agreed. All of this was handled quickly.

My first order unfortunately got lost in traffic somewhere. However, The people at Teemill were always super- friendly and quick to respond and sent a replacement as soon as the first package was officially declared lost in space.
Today my order arrived in good shape. All is well that ends well!
