I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with TeeGunVault genuinely deserves recognition.
Originally, I only purchased a trigger from them to test the waters. From the very first interaction, it became obvious these guys were the real deal and that my experience was nothing short of professional yet transparent and instilled in me a deep sense of customer care. Tee treated me with nothing but respect and honesty the entire way through; no pressure, no sales gimmick BS just people who truly know high-end firearms and care about the customer standing in front of them.
What impressed me most was how much time they took answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable and informed. In the firearms world, especially when you’re looking at premium brands, trust matters more than anything. They earned that trust quickly.
Because of how exceptional the customer service was during that first purchase, I felt confident enough to come back and purchase an absolutely stunning Nighthawk Custom which they hooked me up with a great price. That says everything about the confidence they inspired in me as a buyer.
TeeGunVault feels less like a typical gun store and more like a high-end dealer that genuinely values long-term relationships over quick sales. They made me feel like my needs actually mattered, and that level of service is becoming rare these days.
To anyone hesitant because of a few negative reviews online, be advised my experience was the complete opposite. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with them AGAIN and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for quality firearms and even better customer service.

First class customer service is how I would sum up Tee Gun Vault in a short phrase. I just picked up my custom Staccato C2 from Tarek (owner of TGV). He absolutely crushed the custom work. I put 250 rounds through it before I even got an optic mounted and the inline porting helps it shoot so flat. His custom trigger and grips really set it off and make it unique. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Tarek personally multiple times in person and several calls on the phone. I have never met someone so invested in the satisfaction of his customers. Not only is he a skilled artist, he is truly a good human who will help you bring your dreams to reality with a pistol. I am already thinking ahead to my next project with TGV, that’s if I don’t snag something off his site before then.

Firearm Customization
Sent my Staccato C for a cerakote and grip stippling. After multiple follow-ups I was informed that the cerakote didn’t go well and they decided to PVD my firearm with no extra charge. A project that was supposed to take a month or two took almost 3 1/2 months to finalize. The final outcome was not even close to what I was expecting.
The Owner offered to buy my gun which I lost almost $900, and he got me a new Staccato. To be fair they did their best, but I do not recommend giving your firearms to them for customization.

In custom firearm work, especially with high-end platforms like the Staccato C, there are times when finishes do not meet our standards during the process. In your case, rather than returning a result we were not proud of, we upgraded the firearm to a PVD finish at no additional cost in an effort to deliver a better long-term outcome.
While the project ultimately took longer than anticipated, we also worked to make the situation right by replacing the firearm entirely and absorbing a significant loss on our end to ensure you were not left without a resolution.
That said, we fully respect your opinion and appreciate you acknowledging that our team did try to make things right. We take every project seriously and continuously work to improve communication, turnaround times, and overall customer experience. We wish you nothing but the best with your new Staccato.

I saw a pistol on Instagram I wanted and messaged their site and Tee immediately responded, sent me the link, and personally took care of my purchase. It was fast, effortless amd just great customer service. It was shipped out same morning and at my FFL of choice 2 days later! The pistol is beautiful. They made it a great experience. I saw a pistol I absolutely love that Tee posted on Instagram and messaged them for more information. Within a minuet, Tee himself responded and sent me the information on the gun and I purchased online. He introduced himself to me and took care of everything needed within a few minutes. Within a couple hours, teh gun was packed, and shipped out and tracking information was sent to me and it was at my FFL dealer of choice in 2 days! They could not have been any better to deal with and the pistol is a beautiful piece to add to my collection. Will DEFINITELY be back shopping with them for certain! Thank you Tee!
