WAITING! They also said I would get an email with the tracking details. Never got that either. $23.00 wasted!

May I suggest you do not order from this company. They say they have a way to communicate but they don't. It's a circular problem so you think you're getting somewhere when you don't. I made a purchase via twitter on my phone. They doubled my purchase and I didn't realized it until too late. Then they said the order had already processed when I emailed them (that was they way they communicate). I emailed them RIGHT AFTER my purchase, so how could they have processed the order? They said it was too late to change the order!! It was literally within a minute of ordering! The sweatshirts did come, and they're fine. They did shrink a bit but I can still wear them. But there was no way to communicate and they left me no way except through leaving a review. And even in their email to share my experience, when I clicked on their link, it took me to their site where it said "Could not find reviews with given params". Are you kidding me? So I hope this is read by people and TeeChip either changes their ways or goes out of business. And I think they put up a lot of fake reviews (oh yeah, that happens all the time) so that people will think they're legit.

I ordered a long-sleeved T-shirt with, "I Never Dreamed I'd Become A Grumpy Old Man..." for roughly $39. It read, "I Nenever Dreamed I'd Become..." I tried Customer Service to no avail. I believe they are implying old men stutter...not so in this case; however, I am now officially grumpy. My receipt reads, "I never Dreamed..." Never again from this company...absolute garbage. They are telling me my order matches the campaign...whatever that means. I would not even give this one to Goodwill.

I have been trying to "unsubscribe" for a couple of months. I do not beleive I have purchased anything from this company. I have submitted my request,at least, 7 times. I don't know if anyone is monitoring the requests or they keep sending me emails to irritate me. I would never and will never purchase anything from this company!

Order placed 7/25 1 item didnt receive till Sept. 4th . When received it was nothing like the description an was not as described sent wrong color as well. Very cheap looking not leather at all. No way to contact TeeChip ph # dont work nor email customers service. So I would never buy from them again. Never received a order# so can't return either. BAD BUSINESS

The T-shirt took six weeks to arrive. TeeChip customer services informed me that the package had been 'lost in transit', but refused to offer a refund - only a replacement. Being charitable, this could have been an issue with UK customs - so I would advise customers in the UK not to use this company

I never received an order number, so I cannot check my order status!
I have already sent an email to the address on your web site and it came back unable to deliver. I am not a satisfied customer at the point!
I have tried to call the customer service number but only get a busy signal!
I paid using my PayPal account and the transaction is on my account summary!

I would like to give no stars. I ordered a t shirt and the printing was bad, blurry, and no sharp edges. I requested a replacement. It came even worse! They clearly do not know how to screen print. I asked for a refund, but they will not reply. Total waste of money.

I will definitely order again. Thank you for the quality and quick turn around.

I ordered Native Map postet for nearly 20.00 dollars. Very poor quality. I could not read anything. I was promised full refund. Never received. I ordered Sterling Silver gem. Stone Ring for 24.99. I never received. They refused to check on the ring! I have direct messages from a representative. They ended up trying to close my claim for 2.52 ! WTH! I have a claim against them with pay pal. This company refuses to refund my Order total of 49.19. They refuse to communicate with me.
