Poor customer service. I ordered this as a gift. It took forever to arrive. When it did arrive it was not what I thought it would be. Tried to return it they said they don’t offer returns. I have to keep it and they offered me a discount. Don’t waste your time or money

Horrible customer service. Member in my family got DATED Christmas shirts for the holidays and paid extra to get it here before Christmas but was sent in a regular package after the holiday. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and a t-shirt with the same logo weeks ago. I did receive the hooded sweatshirt, but then received an e-mail stating that I had cancelled the whole order and that I would receive a full refund. When I contacted them to let them know I had NOT cancelled anything, they simply restated that I would receive a full refund. I'm not holding my breath waiting for that!

Do not order from these people big scam ordered a mask in may never received anything and now won't refund my money or give me a mask and won't return my email They are thieves and steal your money I will not order from them ever again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know

Ordered/paid for masks. Received a package which was empty; advised their customer support and they repeatedly stated it had not yet been shipped. Advised them I would be reporting them; they sent an email the next day (one month after receipt of the empty package) stating it had been delivered with a tracking number that said it was delivered. The tracking number referred to the very time I advised them the package was empty. Ongoing requests for updates and now no response whatsoever.

I ordered a mask. Purple with Chihuahua. And never received it . I would NEVER recon this company. Scam 100%

21 July 2020 and I have just received a face mask ordered on 30 April 2020! This company does not do themselves any favours. They claim in their email confirmation that dispatch will be in 14 to 21 business days. They can hardly be surprised if, after 60 days and unable to contact anybody, people start to suggest that it is a scam operation.

Don't buy nothing from these rip off artist. There nothing but thieves that steal your money and you get nothing in return. You can't call them to check on anything. I paid for a mask back in the first part of may 2020 and I still haven't received anything. Beware never do business with these people nothing but thieves steal your money and give you nothing. 😠

This company is a scam. I ordered masks on may 3rd they took my money out on May 9th. No tracking number never received product. Claims did nothing. Sad that this company to such advantages if customers during a pandemic. They should be shut down and all employees arrested and placed in jail with sick people

Placed two orders on May 9th for what looked to be very cute face masks with dog imprints on them.

Today is July 16, one order was shown to be delivered on 7/7/20...it was not. Looking at the tracking history, it's coming from China. Tracker shows shipped on 7/7...delivered on 7/7. At this point all I want is a refund. After submitting THREE claims to them ...they did a 50% refund. I filed a 4th claim and also a complaint with my bank. This prompted them to ship me another mask at no charge. NOT what I wanted nor what is fair....and of course the replacement has not arrived and is not in their tracking system.

The second order placed on the same day as the one above......not even in their tracking system yet. They also gave me a 50% refund on this order, which again, is not what I want ...I want a full refund and never do business with them again. Two further claims, one last week, and one this week garnered one reply from them saying my order is on it's way. Again....order placed on May 9th.

Each mask was $19.95 ....soooo overpriced compared to the wonderful hand made $5 masks I've since purchased locally. $80 down the drain with TEE89s ...well actually $40 as they did refund half.....and a whole lot of time wasted.

I ordered 2 masks in may 19 -20 June 19 got email order shipped here it is July 15-20 still no masks tried to contact them by phone and email no way to talk to some one in person bad customer service

I received 2 face masks today they are UPSIDE DOWN!! The curved edge should go across your nose. They are very flimsy and don’t seem very reliable. Extremely disappointed.

My ‘mask’ and I emphasize ‘mask’ was delivered yesterday - 1 mask! When I placed my order April 20, 2020 it was for ‘five’ masks - that’s “5” masks!
None-the-less I had to wait until July 14, 2020 to get anything. Where are the rest of them?
Also, the material used is cheap and flimsy (which will require additional filtration beneath it.) I’m definitely not satisfied with the quality - I highly doubt it will keep ANY virus from penetrating it. The seams are crooked, it has uncut threads, material was cut unevenly and the elastic for the left ear is longer than the right ear which will require alterations for proper fit.

This company is a scam!!! Ordered 2 packs of 5 masks in April and a shirt. Got the shirt no issues. Been fighting with them over my masks. Each email is a canned response saying that my order is on track to be delivered within the original time frame. If that was the case i would have had them by now! I received 1 mask of each design and when i tried yo reach them their phone # does not take you to a live person. They refuse to give a refund. Will be going to my bank to fight this and will tell everyone never use this company! They are a scam!!!!

Write after my last review for tees89, I received in 2 mini bags, 3 masks when the order was for 3 masks per Dachshund print to total 12 masks. Also, this had been advertised on Instagram. Will still report to AMEX. No way to contact as replies to their shipping announcements are returned. They don't appear to be in last known location per BBB. Don't buy from this company.
