Disappointed products and packaging
I ordered a couple of bag charms from Teddy Huggy, and honestly, I was extremely disappointed when they arrived.
For the price I paid, I expected a much better-quality product and presentation. What I received was nowhere close to what was shown in the advertising. Even the packaging was extremely poor and looked cheap. The whole experience was very disappointing.
The advertising creates a beautiful and high-quality impression, but what you actually receive is completely different. If you cannot deliver the quality and presentation shown in your advertising, please don’t give customers false expectations.
I feel like I paid for something based on the beautiful pictures and presentation advertised, only to receive something that was far below my expectations. Very disappointing and not worth the price I paid.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both the product quality and packaging.
