Shocking service
Ordered a tray on 5 day delivery. It took 5 weeks and came damaged. The glass base was cracked and it had all come apart and full of scratches. They ignore all messages and pretend they are refunding to fob you off.

I ordered a ginger jar from this company, 6 weeks ago, i heard nothing from them, ao i chased the order after 4 weeks and they said it was delayed and will be with me next week, then i received another email to say the item had gone out of stock and that they would process a refund, ive been chasing my refund for 2 weeks and had nothing! This website is a scam! Stay well clear!
