Wrong and missing parts
More of the left-hand element pieces and less of the right-hand element pieces arrived in the package. The upper crown of the tent could not be joined in this way. A specialist worked on it for hours. Disappointment. Most of the tent was already in place when the problem became apparent. It would have cost more to take it apart and send it back to Germany. I say again, we were very disappointed and angry. As compensation, you could send an extra roof cover in exchange.
