I bought the "UPS, TECNOWARE, ERA PLUS 1200 SCHUKO, 1200VA/840W".
I installed the TecnoManager software, I started the UPS, I connected it to my PC ... and ... the software didn't see it.
In about an hour I tried everything, I even talked to the AI assistent available on the website. No success.
Maybe the issue it's with my Windows version (10) ... I don't know.
At some point the software even stopped starting correctly and the monitor wouldn't open.
So I got tired, I uninstalled this piece of software and I hope the UPS will do its main job ...

I'm not wasting another hour of my life experimenting with software that, now in the 21st century, should work the first time.
It only took you a second to take my money when I bought the product, so I have every right to expect a product that is fully up to par.

I have bought a voltage stabiliser, which happened not to stabilise the voltage. My letters to support have been ignored. Instead of a real help, I received from them a quick-start manual. Awful experience.
For Tecnoware: it is Power REG 3000. When the input voltage varies from 218 V to 236 V, the output voltage does the same. No stabilisation whatsoever. I have mail exchange with Valentina Giammarchi. My problem has not been solved.

This is more a review of the web support for warranty returns than the actual product. I purchased a home UPS to protect sensitive items in our home and it worked very well until a few days ago. It stopped working and I tried to submit a repair request under the warranty. This I did online but was unable to complete the information. Firstly, it only allows Italian language (I am British) but more importantly it does not accept my address in France and continuously gives me an error when inputing my details. I have resorted to having the UPS repaired locally!
Update: Please refer to the email sent to your representative (a.gaudio) on the 11th March for more details of the fault and possible solution. I would be more than happy to adjust my review if the matter can be resolved.

You should make the app easier it's too complicated and seems old.It doesn't keep up with 2026 technology with ai and all this stuff... but the ups i bought its a good product do his job well.

UPS broke, and company did not honor warranty. The website is terrible and the chatbot is hilariouslly bad. Had to send emails, they respond fast but offered no help (I'm going to assume their english is not great otherwise they're just rude).
My UPS also didn't seem like a quality product, with all the audible noise I imagine the power quality. It also shouldn't pass any EMI tests, it turns off nearby devices, and induces noise in headphones.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to activate the warranty; I had to wait until Monday, when one of the technicians resolved the situation and I also activated the extended warranty. I don't know why I couldn't activate it.

I usually resell these midrange UPS to our customers since they offer a good price/performance ratio and perform better than other's products. I prefer to buy from an italian firm even if - I know - many products come from China (maybe this will change in future...). I also prefer models with led display, simpler to explain to customers.
Software is not a great thing, so I suggest future integration with Generex Upsman (see generex.de site), a much better choice.

Garbage ups. It's turning off by it's own and support is not existent. Do not buy from this brand

The only contact I had from this company was a request to give a trustpilot review. Support did not exist. I used their chatbot, that said they would talk to me within moments. I am still waiting......

These UPS products are sold internationally. But even the link for a review pointed to an Italian Trustpilot site. Sorry, I value Italian craftmanship and high tech products (there are many), but I expect support at least in English, if products are sold internationally.
The product itself: Tecnoware UPS Era Plus1500 is okay, but not more:
- fixed power cord instead of the usual IEC input connector
- no software available, except for older Windows systems (I use Macs exclusively)
- it is advertised as Synology NAS compatible, but my Synology DS 923+ recognizes it only as "other UPS", no advanced power options available
- the plastic housing is certainly not up to the robustness of the APC modells, which I have been using for more than 20 years now
On the positive side: it works as a basic UPS, but I have expected more from a "European" product, which, by the way, is manufactured "in China", which you only see, when you receive the package.
The Technoware website is just another misery: you can't even get the manual, without setting up an account...
I bought once and certainly not another time.

I've owned a Tecnoware UPS for several years, and it recently developed a fault. The support guys were incredibly quick to respond and to help me investigate my issue. Unfortunately my unit isn't worth repairing, but their excellent customer service has convinced me to replace it with another UPS from Tecnoware
