I purchased a very minor item (Tractel Shear Pin for Tirfor) that I found on their website and after a while I discovered that the items were into customs without understanding when could have been released. Truly unaware of the issue and apologizing immediately for the inconvenience they immediately rearranged for a quick delivery that was successfully implemented thus allowing me to work.
