I ordered an Xbox advertised as new in a flash sale.
When it arrived, it was clearly used and in poor condition — scratches, worn controller, and shipped in a plain cardboard box.
Tecin’s customer service even confirmed in writing that the product was new, but later admitted it was refurbished.
I immediately returned the item at my own expense, yet they ignored my messages for weeks and never collected the parcel. So it got sent back to me.
After a long process, my bank sided with me and refunded the payment under a chargeback for misleading advertising.

Their listings are deceptive, their communication unprofessional, and they take no responsibility for what’s sold on their platform.

Avoid Tecin.eu at all costs!

Edit: bank won the chargeback procedure because of false advertising. Don't know why they're trying to lie here.
