The quality of the things is really great. The shipping fron China really made me scared at first but I actually got exactly what was on the picture. Shipping to Europe took only 20 days. I will be purchasing again.

The customer support is really lovely and reliable. I got my order shipped to Germany, which makes any sort of return really expensive and complicated. So when some of the items sadly didn‘t fit me properly, they helped me find a solution that benefitted both sides in the end. Will definitely order from them again. Strong recommend!

I am a US citizen living in Mexico. My package arrived in Mexico from China in about 2 weeks. There was an issue with the local delivery company where it appeared they were returning my package to Techware after one failed attempt at delivery (I was not at home). A customer service agent at Twechware reached out to me to let me know they were going to return the package. The customer service agent at Techware was prepared to reship the product to me if it was returned. Luckily, despite the fact that the delivery company has informed both Techware and myself that the package was being returned, they delivered it. Really confused by the delivery company's lack of knowledge of what was going on, but extremely happy with the story I received from Techware.

The order consisted of two pair of pants. For it's as expected, and sort hair with the quality so far. I really like the fabric used in the construction of the pants.

I have had a very bad experience with techwearofficial. I bought a ski cargo pants for 130,-. When I wanted to return the pants, they told me that I would have to pay a lot of tax and shipment costs so it would be better for me to keep it with a discount.

This felt like a scam to me. You have the ability to return but without getting the money back..

Excellent product. The jacket fits perfectly. Looking to get the same in a different color.

i was worried initially because of the reviews but i ordered a shirt from this site and it came within 2 weeks. the shirt happen to be to small and they sent me a bigger shirt at no extra charge!
great response time when i reached out to customer service.

Ordered two costumes in sets for an upcoming event with a friend. The delivery was quick, the quality of the items was amazing and was an ideal fit for me. However, the second set didn't fit my friend, which was a shame since the products are really great. Unfortunately, the return was quite complex, possible, but costly with all the duties to be paid. In turn, Techwear was very supportive and provided several options on how to handle this. We finally went with a voucher to order another piece in the amount of the initial set price.

I would recommend the store 100 times over. Despite a few bumps, we were extremely amazed by the service from all sides! <3

I've used and thoroughly tested out Techwear's Tactical Sling Chest Bag and a Functional Black Crossbody Chest Bag for a few months now (field-tested during a very long journey as well as used casually).
It's awesome and I'm not having enough of it, really! Stunning usability, ergonomics and functionality- and the 'ninja'/tech looks, to boot! Really highly recommended!

Crossbody Chest Bag is an ideal, minimalist on-the-go bag and for me it's ultimately practical for car/bike usage (especially when using keyless). I've inserted RFID into one compartment for car keys/immobiliser, etc. and it's super useful. Also, it's now extremely easy to open garage doors when on the go with one press of a button, without even having to look for the remote control.
Ideal for keeping your minimalist essentials on you (quite literally).

Sling Chest Bag is very versatile and functional overall. It's also very useful considering various ways you can wear it.

The Service was fast and more than friendly. The delivery was in expected time and the Product is just as i hped it to be. I hope it stays like that :)

On the site they ad with free Return policy. The first problem is the sices are very weird. And if you get the wrong sice you dont get the free Return they ad with. If you want to return your Item you have to pay for shipping and they tell you that they will pay the Chinese Item Tax with your return money. I had shorts for 50€ and they told me there wont be much left after all that, so they just offered me 20% off my next purchase. Obviously i didnt bought anything. They wanted me to write a good review and offered me more discounts so i will write a good review. But i dont recommend you to buy here. The quality was alright but the customer service and the lying about the free Return is so bad and risky that i wont recommend someone to buy here. Find european websites and not chinese. Also they deletet my review on their website :)

Seriosly these guys are great! Their tech, baggy, and winter clothes are good quality, stylish as nothing else around, and most importantly just as pictured.
