Update: this will be my only order from this vender. The coat I order was very flimsy. Almost sweater like and the leather vest was made of pu leather (fake). It is knock off and not name brand. I hate that I ordered the products but will take it as lesson learned. Shipping was fair, 10 day from China. The order process was very user friendly. So if you buy fake brand items, I suppose it would be a great find. For me the quality was substandard of the brand and misrepresented.

There is no response from customer service. Support ticket page does not work. Customer service phone number does not work.

There are automated email responses from them trying to sell more stuff! Haha

Warning!!!!! before we make a purchase, we usually go to pissed off. This is my experience so many times, but I realized as soon as I saw this website, I was drawn in because so cute but then the more I looked I could tell it was fake because there’s about four different websites with exactly the same clothes, pictures everything and websites do not use the same models in the same clothes you know each website hires their own models, etc. etc. this is how you know it’s a fake website so I’m guessing what happens is you see something you like and it’s a company in China? They try to copy whatever it is that you think you’re purchasing people you would die if you saw what I got last year from one of these fake companies it was crazy absolutely crazy and it cost me a lot of money for that stupid mistake so you know what there’s I mean, they obviously don’t have good reviews on here. They have like a three but hopefully we can take these kinds of people down. We don’t want your trashy crap you guys when something looks cheap and too good to be true. That’s because it’s too good to be true. You can’t buy a beautiful coat like they’re selling for $30, and look, I understand that they are advertising that it is faux suede and fur, but those materials are also expensive if you want I could quality ones look be my guest and see what happens but follow up with a good review so we know what the outcome was because I can almost guarantee that you’re gonna be disappointed . I am done with these Chinese companies making these fake websites and and then sending out something that isn’t even resemble what you ordered. I’m done they’re stealing from us people. They are ripping us off and they don’t care. Look up Cotsen.com that is one of these companies. They have the same exact clothes same exact models same exact photo shoot now I don’t know, but most companies that I know you know in the United States when they do their ad campaigns, they’re not gonna just give all of their portfolio off to some random company to use. You know it doesn’t work like that. They stole it from somebody else and they stole it from a company that clothes are probably far too expensive for most of us to purchase and that’s why we’re trying to find cheaper knock off type things at least that’s me because I can’t afford a jacket so I would try to find a similar to Prada jacket . Anyway, have that at people.

I love the products that they are selling, however the buttons are very close together and I was unable to use my code for a discount.

Plenty of good choice. Only issue is a few items would be good if they where unisex, (female colours).
Tracking the parcel was complicated and was not up to date, but the products were good quality. Will bye from them again

I ordered two items for tech warehouse and they were both wrong. I ordered a man's coffee colored coat and received a woman's brown velvet lightweight coat that I could have bought at Walmart. The second one a Chicago Bear hoodie was too small and the 3d embroidery patch looked nothing like picture description. The one i received looked like a iron-on patch. Very disappointed. And to top that I have emailed them 6 times now and still no response very unprofessional a half- ass company

The purchasing process was quick and easy. The products look to be outstanding. I can’t wait to get them in and try them out.
