Good understanding, Excellent custoner service

The company is a scam. I thought I was purchasing toilet rolls lol. Ended up with a subscription. Denied me a refund but I told them I was contacting police. Only £9.99 but if they get that of each person they are making a fortune. Got full refund & reported to bank

Customer service operatives dealt with my query efficiently and courteously.

I didn't even join or buy anything but small amounts of money came out of my account. I had to call my bank and get another bank card. How they managed to take money out of my account is a mystery.

They're using promo items to sell for you to create an account from them... You're thinking that you're buying products and pay for it but suddenly it's only an account creation and deposit to the account balance.. Totally a scam.. You won't refund the money you've used to pay.. No refund and they are scamming just for little amount it sucks

This company is scam . they took out money from the account.when I contacted them , they kept saying no money has been taken out and your membership is not active.I sent them pictures too.So guys be careful.Do not buy anything from them.

This is a scam! Be very careful! I had to block my credit card as they try every day to book money from it!

I won an IPhone. Had to pay delivery. Then 3days later a subscription deducted from credit card. I requested my money back. Their support sms keep on saying the following: We have received several new requests from you. A reply on your first request will be provided as soon as possible. Kind Regards TechStore

A transaction of £28.88 was taken out of my account which was not authorised . This company is scam ! I initially paid £1.69, a fee for postage ,as I was told I was offered a free Ring Doorbell . How stupid am I! I was then told the £28.88 was a monthly subscription fee for vip membership to their products ??? Like what on earth ! Apparently the T&C's were sent to me and I had accepted them . Nope . Lesson learnt, don't be a div like me !!!!
