Superb genuine team. Tech Silver has been helpful in every step , we bought a second hand GPS tracker for mum and they set it up ready to go. Then when time to cancel our subscription, again, no problem . I highly recommend both the company and product. Having the GPS allowed mum to continue living alone for another couple of years. Gave us peace of mind where mum was, when she got home, and allowed us to see where she'd been. The latter being invaluable when she'd lost her purse or coat etc. Mum, got lost in the snowy weather and without it neither I nor the kind people who took her in would have been to alert each other and get her back home ,safe and warm. Mum has now gone into care, so we no longer require this service.

Cyrus was patient, helpful and resolved my problem. One digit misread and I was unable to complete the setup of my husband's tracker. Cyrus reset the password for me and explained how to go from there. All is now well. Thank you.

Bought a key ring tracker to be able to monitor where my sister was. Also useful to help find her keys when she mislaid them in the house. Excellent customer service, always helpful and prompt response. Highly recommend.

We have had a TechSilver tracker for my Dad who has advanced dementia for the past 10 months. In that time it has given us all peace of mind and saved us from involving police support when he got lost. This extra time and freedom for my dad has been so appreciated and wouldn't have been possible without the tracker. I would say that there have been a couple of times when the tracker didn't seem to locate him, but this was speedily resolved by the helpful tech team. Technology isn't perfect but it is improving and I am very grateful we could access a tracker with this company who clearly care for their customers and their loved ones. It provided my Dad with an extra year of freedom and safety.

I purchased a dementia tracker for a senior relative a few years ago which proved invaluable. This business always happy to help its customers. On the very odd occasion we had an issue it was sorted promptly.

I contacted Tranquil after my father was admitted into a care home and no longer needed the tracker. I had a lovely response from them which included telling me they had waivered the 30 day notice period for the subscription.
Every time I have contacted the company they have replied quickly and been very helpful.

We used the tracker for my father who had dementia and would wonder off and it has been a lifesaver. He always had it on keys and would automatically take them out with him. The tracker would pinpoint him every time.
Sadly my father has now passed away but the team have been so supportive and cancelled the subscription quickly and pain free

I was very impressed by all the information provided, the step by step process, everything was clear and concise. On arrival everything worked as it should and very thoughtful additional lead for charging.

Feels like the customer journey has been well thought out.

Been emailing regarding GPS Tracker which is not fit for purpose, purchased specifically for my vulnerable mum with early onset dementia who has started going out along wandering and getting lost. However, having searched further for reviews, I have found negative reviews on Trust Pilot and it seems that TechSilver only respond to negative review here, hence me sharing my experience. As Tech Silver have not responded and I am within the 30 day trail/refund period, I am here to strongly advise anybody who is buying this for a vulnerable person to really NOT... I have just sent Tech Silver this email (let's see if writing this review gets me a reply and the full refund):-

As you have not responded to any of my last two emails about my mum's GPS Tracker Device. As a result of the non-communication and the fact we are incredibly unhappy with the product and lack of any customer service, I want a full refund. I am within the full return and refund timescale from ordering the device and paying for this on 24th January 2025, along with the fully year's subscription, at a total cost of almost £400 - please respond with details of how you plan to refund this money and how I go about returning the device.

I look forward to your reply today, as advertised on your information, you claim to have experts available from 9.30am - 9.30pm, although I really don't feel this to be true as nobody has responded at all. Equally on the information, you claim to be contactable via phone, live chat or email, but yet again, this is false advertising.

If I don't hear from you by 10am tomorrow morning (Friday 21st February) I will be contacting trading standards and citizens advice.

Me and sister got a Techsilver pendant for my Mum who has Alzheimer's disease. My Mum was still living at her home and would sometimes start wandering around the village her home is in. My Mum lived on her own,and neither me or my sister lived near her , with the pendant tracking my Mum's movements , we only had to look on the app on our phones to see where our Mum was, and phone the Police to tell them where my Mum was. The Pendant and app are very straightforward to use. Techsilver are very straightforward to deal with , getting the whole thing set up. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service for an exceptional product

The team were supprtive and highly informative from my very first phone call wheni called to know more about its afey assurance and longevity on the technical device.
They provided reassuring guidance on setting up the device to avoid trouble shooting.
Requests for additional accessories was issued and received promptly.
Such a thoughtful, patient technical team. Awesome!

Used a tracker keyring device for my dad with dementia. It was really helpful for seeing where he had been or was, particularly using the history function to see if he had been out the day before or earlier. It wasn't always entirely accurate, particularly if he was in a car for a short distance, but that is warned about beforehand so as long as you read the information they provide you know what to expect. It was helpful being able to have more than one person signed in at a time so if one of us was busy the others could see where he was. They were very quick to respond when I asked to cancel the direct debit as we no longer needed it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to keep track of someone with dementia who is trying to stay independent for as long as possible.

We bought the tracker with the longer battery life for our mum who had Alzheimer’s and lived a distance away. It was great, gave us a huge peace of mind about where she was at all times. It attached to her house keys and was smaller than most car keys. Any glitches or worries we had were quickly sorted out by the online chat it an email to the tech guys at techsilver. Any glitches were usually caused by satellite signal rather than the actual tracker, we couldn’t fault the service received, and they were patient and kind, with an awareness of the users worries. We had it on 1 min updates which worked best. We set up virtual circles which worked well as we were alerted if mum went outside her usual frequented locations and could call to check she was ok etc. We used it for a couple of years and mum has now moved into a care home.
