Montijo Helped Me Get my Dream Google Job

Worked with Tech Sales Launch in 2022.
I started out in commercial real estate, but I quickly realized the work life balance wasn’t sustainable and the earning potential had stalled.
I wanted something that offered long term growth, but I had no idea how to make a switch.
This program showed me exactly how to reframe my real estate background into transferable skills for tech sales. We built my resume, interview answers, and networking strategy around client relationships and deal making experience, which gave me confidence walking into interviews.
It was all about taking the skills I developed in my first role and explaining how they would make me a great sales rep. It took me only 2 months to switch.
I became a top performer at NetSuite, then turned that into my dream role at Google. The work-life balance has been a game changer. Now I can succeed in my career while still having time for my social life.

Highly Recommend

Graduated from PSU with a degree in Marketing but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after college. I was interested in moving into tech sales and through the program I learned how to present my background effectively and position myself with the right companies. The resume work and prep work made all of the difference. I started at Oracle in 2021 as a BDC just a few months after deciding this was the move I wanted to make. I ended up going straight from the BDC program at Oracle to an AE role at SAP and haven’t looked back. I would recommend the program to anyone looking to make this transition. The career growth and freedom I have now is exactly what I was looking for.
