Customer service on point

Placed an order because it was the best deal at the time. Got an email directly the following workday, alerting me of the keyboard's configuration.
So glad they proactively alert their customers, because it was indeed the wrong order I placed.
Happily cancelled without a fuss for a full refund. Great customer service!

Keyboard layouts can be confusing, especially for international customers. In the Netherlands, US International is commonly used, while Belgium often uses AZERTY Flemish. Germany, France and many other countries also have their own layouts. That is why we always try to verify this proactively when an order looks unusual for the destination country.
