Returns are not accepted so it is much safer to purchase from consumer stores which honor the 14 day reflection period.

This week I made a pre-order of a product, I did speak with support and it was all very pleasable. After some days, I found the product on another place and I did the refund, I call them again and they were really nice and easy to speak with. I recommend this store.
We ordered a firewall for the price of 1´600 euros. As we paid good money, we expected a good product.
The installation progress was rough. Then it turned out that the firewall does not support IPv6, only IPv4, which is very outdated. It is the equivalent of buying a car that cannot go past first gear, i.e. unsuitable for any trip on a main road.
Upon writing a polite e-mail to customer service, they simply told us it is our fault for not asking and that they wouldn't take back this product.

Bought a "tweedekans" USB docking station/kvm switch from them for the best price I could find. Ordered it on Friday, came in on Saturday through PostNL. The product itself works as expected and has no blemishes, cables were unused.
The only small note, was that the original box of the product was empty on the inside, so everything was floating around. I suspect that's mostly the fault of the manufacturer, but they could've packed it better since it's already an "open-box" product.
I received a remarkable amount of emails for this order. 3 from Redable and 3 from PostNL. I was very well informed that the order was confirmed, packed, shipped, collected by PostNL and when it would arrive at my door. You couldn't ask for more.
I ordered a printer and paper pack, and while the initial process seemed efficient, I encountered a significant issue that affected my overall consumer experience.
On the day after placing my order, I received the packaging for the order, but to my disappointment, the printer was missing from the delivery. This immediately raised concerns and prompted me to reach out to your customer service department to understand what had happened to the printer.
Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the delivery company had lost the printer and was unable to locate it. Furthermore, I was informed that there were no printers available in stock at that moment. This contradicted the information displayed on your website, which stated an expected replenishment in December 2023. However, the customer service representative assured me that the replenishment was expected within five days.
Regrettably, the promised replenishment did not materialize within the stated timeframe. Consequently, I had no choice but to request a refund for the missing printer. I appreciate that the refund process was carried out promptly, and I encountered no issues in that regard.
However, I believe that there are areas where improvements can be made to enhance the overall consumer experience. Firstly, I suggest implementing more proactive status updates regarding the availability and delivery of products. In my case, I had to initiate contact with customer service to learn about the missing printer and the subsequent delay in replenishment. Proactive communication would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration.
Additionally, it is essential to avoid making unchecked promises. Although the website indicated an expected replenishment in December 2023, the customer service representative informed me that it would be available within five days. Unfortunately, this estimate did not align with the actual timeline, leading to disappointment and further inconvenience.

I bought a docking station, this product does not work with Apple products, because I bought it as a business instead of clicking on the "private" checkbox, they won't accept a product exchange or a return. I never had a similar situation with any other vendor. Be careful as it is not widely advertised.
UPDATE:
Jelle from customer service was very helpful and quick with his responses, they offered me an 85% money return on my product, and after declining the offer, they agreed on a full return. I am happy my issue got resolved. The return costs are paid by the client. I suggest Redable to make that policy more clear to the consumer to avoid future misunderstandings.

I really enjoyed the order process, seems like they have invested in good UI/UX designers to create the webshop. Less form fields to fill in, more pleasant visuals.
They are sending orders to private consumers by business channels which have limited time slots of delivery (mostly when you are at work). You cant reschedule that and after second failed delivery their chosen delivery channel will send your package 60 km away from you to pick it up.
