POOR POOR SERVICE
I bought the JBL tune 720 bluetooth headphones from them online and i used them for approximately 4 months and then suddenly they stopped working with the headphones not sustaining any physical or water damage. I tried contacting them through email and phone call so that I could return the headphones since they are still under 1 year warranty but the store never responded once despite sending multiple emails and phone calls.

I first made a enquiry via email for photos of the product and received the photos very quick replies to all my questions from Anné. The payment was made late Tuesdays afternoon and i received the phone Thursday before lunch. It was only a pleasure doing business with them

I place my order 26May2023 and on the website it will be delivered in 3days time. So today 31May2023 I send an email and ask what the problem is becoz I want to cancel then they tell me it is shipped already. So when I checked where the product is. I then saw the only ask the courier to deliver after I contact them. So how does this work. If I used a different company I already would have my product and this morning when I checked jy order after sending them the email I saw that they are waiting for stock. So why take payment if you don't have stock.

Aah what a great shopping experience. they were priced well. The technical team was available on the multiple occasions I called to get info on an item. they even called me back when they missed my call and were knowledgeable and very helpful. Payments was seamless and I received delivery updates throughout. The package was wrapped in gold wrapping paper with a black ribbon and had a personalised thank you note. It felt like dealing with a person instead of a company.

Terrible Experience. Bought a phone, and clearly selected the model that was advertised as not network locked. Phone arrived, and it was unfortunately network locked. Even though Technomobi admitted the mistake and offered to assist with resolution, there is utter lack of feedback and no follow up from them. If you want an unusable phone, then please do use them.

Absolutely incredible service. Literally got my device 2 days after ordering. Package was properly secured and the guys left a nice note and a small gift inside for me. Highly recommend for all your tech needs.

I tend to avoid merchant sites that I've never heard of and rather use the bigger sites like Takealot and Loot, so using Technomobi was a leap of faith. I needn't have worried. The payment portal is clean, concise and secure. The after-purchase communication is the best I have ever encountered on an ecommerce site (they send you a message EVERY time the order goes to the next step) and the delivery was very fast.

When the parcel arrived it was beautifully packaged with a handwritten note from the sender.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that they have a phone number you can call for any queries - and they pick up the phone! This is not the case with the larger ecommerce sites.

Next time I order, this will be my first port of call.
