The loudspeaker arrived well packed after a quick response from Francis and sounds excellent. Minor hiccups, but overall good service and I’d shop again.

Very easy and friendly communication, my order arrived in a safe package within the same week.
Francis is a great seller, I highly recommend him.
Lack of update and delay in ordering
I placed an order for Weiss Int204 on 11 Sept 2025 with the lead time of 1 week written on the website.
However there was no news on the shipment until now. Have emailed Francis a few times. Initially I was told that he was on holidays and would check when he is back.
No news after the promised timeline and I have to email him again on 25 Sept. he replied me on 27 sept that need to check with account manager. And until now no update from him yet.
I am still waiting for new update as of today 30 Sept 2025.

Technology Factory are quite frankly the worst shop I have ever had to deal with, and by quite some considerable distance.
I ordered a product in November 2024 with a promised one month lead. I gave them two months and messaged in January. This was ignored. I message again in February, again ignored. In March they finally answered saying the product would be shipped by the end of the month. When this didn’t happen I messaged again in April and was told it was delayed and would be out shortly.
Since this I have heard nothing. I messaged again in May and again yesterday. Once more no responses and no sign of my product.
Please do not go near this company, I can just hope that I eventually get my phono stage.

I received my Loudspeaker in good shape
I recently made an order from Francis on 3 Nov for a Monitor Audip Loudspeaker Platinum C250 3G. I wrote a review here last week that there was no email response from him after the order was made and credir card charged. Somehow, he respnded swiftly the bext day after I wrote the review, and yesterday, I received the package. The ackimg was good and the loudspeaker is in perfect condition. I connect it already to my system, and it is excellent !

First of all, Francis is awesome. Very good communication, responsible all the time and very friendly. the order, payment and delivery went flawlessly. He even send me pictures of the packaging process!

Doesn’t care about warranty
Bought an Audiolab unit. Francis got it delivered, no problems.
The unit now has an error, which I reported 4 monts ago.
Francis would look into it and get back. Now months later and several emails, no reply from Francis.
Don’t put your money here if you care about warranty.

Bad! Ordered few cables, over a month without any information, sent few emails asking for it but never reply.

I left an earlier comment about no email replies but I am now pleased to say that my later experience was faultless, the yter cable superb. If the admin can be improved we have brilliant online hifi store with a list of super brands at keen prices.

Disastrous online shop, they do not respond to emails, a month after payment there is no confirmation that they have sent the goods.
They present themselves falsely, because on their website it is written that the goods are available (one day) and that a confirmation of shipment will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
As I mentioned before, almost a month has passed.

Bad customer service
It has been two weeks after I made the payment. No confirmation email , no expected delivery date. I have sent two emails to them and only received some auto-reply email which ask me to wait for 24-48 hours and someone would contact me. And it didn’t happen.Even don’t know if they are going to send me the products.
It requires quite a lot of courage to pay for £6000 to a overseas company without viewing the product.
I chose technology factory because they seems to have great reputation few years ago. Although the reviews recently has turned quite bad.
I hope someone would contact me in a short period of time .

Would not recommend even a 1 star rating for any online international purchases. I doubt my payment will be refunded for this now cancelled order with the lack of email from Technology Factory EU and Francis.

Not a great experience so far.
Apparently I chose an ”old option” as payment so I had to email and ask how to pay my order because no money was charged on my card. (That old option is still on the website). Received a reply that the option I chose was old and I was gonna receive a payment link. Days after I still hadn’t received a payment link so I had to ask again and again, and finally received a link. (1 week after order..)
After I received the link and payed, nothing. Not even a confirmation that the order is payed. Asked in two emails when I can except delivery but no answers. 11 days since order now and the “1 week” stated on the product I ordered has passed.
I understand that things can take time, but the silence, payment and no delivered product does not feel great.

Bunch of scammers. We received a broken product and when we tried to contact them they will not return calls, emails or texts. These people made my daughter cry with their crappy product.

Warning, warning...
At the end of 2021, I bought the Aurender A100, which only played for three days. I sent Aurender back because it has a two year warranty. It's been four months. Nobody answers my requests. In short, I am without my device and money. This is a warning to anyone who intends to purchase from this Technology Factory. I have been involved in music for 20 years and have bought a lot of equipment around the world. However, this is the first time I have been involved in such fraud.
